非谓语动词
概念
非谓语动词:是动词的特殊形式,在句子中可以充当谓语以外的成分。
We enjoyed(谓语) the show given(非谓语) by students.
我们很喜欢学生们的表演。
练习:画出下列句子中的非谓语动词
1.The man drawing there is very handsome.
在那儿画画的那个人很英俊。
2.He covered his head to have a better sleep.
为了睡得好一点,他蒙着头。
非谓语动词的用法
一个句子中已存在一个谓语动词,又没有连词的情况下,再出现一个动词则用非谓语动词。
1.She got off the bus,but she left her handbag on the seat.
她下了公共汽车,但把手提包落在座位上了。
(有并列连词,所以用谓语动词)
2.She got off the bus,leaving her handbag on the seat.
她下了公共汽车,把手提包放在座位上。
(没有连词,所以用非谓语动词)

难点分析
1.非谓语动词作状语时,其逻辑主语通常要与句子的主语保持一致。
(×)Looking around,there was no one nearby.
(√)Looking around,I found there was no one nearby.
环顾四周,我发现附近没有人。
2.感官动词(短语)see,watch,observe,look at,notice,hear,listen to,feel的宾语补足语主要有三种形式,以see为例:
