一、句子的类型
简单句
复合句
指包含一个主语(或并列主语)和一个谓语(或并列谓语)的句子。

二、状语从句
要想了解状语从句,那么首先得知道什么是状语。简单的说,状语通常由______充当或_______________________充当,副词可以在句子中修饰动词、形容词、副词或整个句子,表明方式,时间,地点、程度等,副词一般译成____________。

相当于副词的短语和句子
如:I go to work by car. (介词短语作方式状语)
He runs fast. (副词作程度状语)

“……地/得”
◆ 用一个句子做状语,这个句子就叫状语从句。
如:While John was watching TV, his wife was cooking. (时间状语从句)
We must camp where we can get water. (地点状语从句)
He didn’t attend classes yesterday because he was ill. (原因状语从句)
We must do as the teacher tells us. (方式状语从句)
I turned off the TV so that my sister could study. (目的状语从句)
The child is so young that he can’t go to school. (结果状语从句)
If it rains tomorrow, I will take my umbrella. (条件状语从句)
Even if/though it is raining, we will go there. (让步状语从句)
He plays football as well as his brother. (比较状语从句)
从上面的例子可以看出,状语从句种类繁多,一般可分为9大状语从句:时间/地点/原因/方式状语从句(帮助记忆:when/where/why/how);目的/结果状语从句;条件/让步状语从句;比较状语从句。初中阶段主要掌握:时间状语从句、条件状语从句、原因状语从句、结果状语从句、目的状语从句、让步状语从句、方式状语从句。
三、if 引导的条件状语从句
1. If是连词,表示假设或条件,意为 “如果;假如;倘若”
2. “主将从现”,逗号隔开
(if 引导的条件状语从句,如果主句是将来时态,
从句使用一般现在时)

2) If it rains tomorrow, I will stay at home.
3) If my mother has time, she will take me to the zoo.
