教学目标
学生能够获取六条人际沟通技巧,并用结构化形式(表格)梳理出沟通技巧分别是什么、为什么、具体如何落实。 2. 学生能够分析语篇背后所蕴含的人际交往中应该拥有的美好品质,同时学习一些主题词汇的用法。 3. 学生能够运用所学沟通技巧于“高中初见新同学”这一具体情境中,解决生活中的具体问题,并发散性思考其他人际沟通技巧。

语篇分析
本课教学重难点选自冀教版教材Learning English九年级全一册 “Unit 9 Communication” 中的 “Lesson 50 Tips for Good Communication”。 What: 本语篇属于“人与社会”范畴,围绕“如何进行良好的人际沟通”主题展开,从一些日常人际交往中常见的问题出发,提出了六点建议,分别是:记住他人姓名、微笑待人、寻找合适的交谈话题、善于倾听、诚实、信守诺言,让学生对于良好的沟通技巧有了深入的了解。 Why: 本文通过梳理六条人际沟通建议,直截了当地教会学生与朋友沟通的技巧,培养学生人际交往中细致、友善、真诚等品质,有很强的育人意义和实践意义。 How: 本文作为一篇实用类文章,由总到分展开,开头通过设置日常生活中的人际交往问题导入主题,正文部分则通过六个段落逐条展开。在每段中,以中心句的形式呈现沟通技巧 (what),并在后面的句子中具体阐述这样做的理由 (why) 以及具体的行为方式 (how)。整篇文章逻辑清晰,可读性非常强。
教学过程
Step 1 Pre-reading Free talk: Q1: Do you still remember the scene when you met each other for the first time How did you communicate with your classmates Q2: Do you think it was a perfect “first meeting”, or was there still anything left to be desired Step 2 While-reading Reading for main idea: Q1: How many tips are mentioned in this article Q2: What is the main purpose of writing this article How can you get to know it The teacher guides ss to summarize a tip for reading: catch the topic sentences to get the main idea. Reading for the structure: Q: Which diagram shows us the structure of this passage Reading for details (Para 1): Q1: What are the problems mentioned in the beginning Do you have these problems Q2: Why does the writer ask these questions Reading for details (Paras 2-7): Ss read in detail and find out the “what”, “why” and “how” of each tip with the help of a table, and work out another reading strategy: comb through the contents with the help of tables, flow charts or mind maps. Meanwhile, the usages of some new expressions are taught. Review the important expressions in this lesson. 2. Try to retell this article in your own words. 3. Write two paragraphs on two of your group’s communication tips using this article as a model. Optional one: Search online for more articles on communication skills. Read and take notes.
