教学目标
K&A:能听说读写并运用新单词和新句型:paintbrush, gold, magic, real, become-became, ago, woman, bad, take-took. This old woman didn’t have food. It didn’t become gold. It became a snake. P&M:能在各种教学资源的帮助下,理解故事内容并能向他人用英文简单地复述故事。 E&A:学生能用英语讲述中国传统故事,热爱中国传统文化,发扬乐于助人和为人善良的传统美德!
教学重难点
教学重点: 1. 在各种教学方法帮助下,让学生能够理解故事含义,并能简单叙述故事主要内容。
2. 继续学习一般过去时态。
教学难点: 1. 学生能够正确说出become-became, take-took, paint-painted的过去式及重点句式。 2. 学生够理解故事含义,并能用自己的语言讲述故事主要内容。
教学过程
一、导入热身(Warming up and lead-in) Free talk: What did you have for breakfast 二、课文学习(Text learning ) 1. Watch and answer. (1) What did the pig have for breakfast (2) Did the cat have fish for breakfast 2. Watch and answer. (1) How many main characters(主要角色)are there in this story (2) Who are they 3. Read Part 1 and find the answer. When did the story happen(发生)?[Draw the story map] 4. Listen to Part 2 and fill in the blanks. [Draw the story map] 5. Read and answer. 6. Look and fill in the blanks. [Finish the story map] 7. Watch and repeat. 三、巩固练习(Consolidation) Retell the text according to the story map. 四、拓展运用 (Production) 1. What is Ma Liang like in your eyes?Why 2. Let’s imagine & say: What will you do if you had a magic paintbrush 小结与作业(Summary and Homework) 基础作业:背诵M6U1。 拓展作业:制作一份本课内容的思维导图。 实践作业:查阅有关神笔马良的资料,加以想象,续编A magic paintbrush,并讲述,可小组合作完成。
