单元主题分析
本单元 本单元主题:“Asking and showing the way"该主题属于“人与自我”“人与社会”的范畴,涉及到的是“生活与学习”,本单元的主题围绕单元子主题学习表示方向和位置的词汇和短语,以及如何使用这些词汇和短语来描述路线。教学内容包括词汇学习、句型练习、对话模拟和实际应用等。通过本单元的学习,学生将能够运用所学知识解决实际生活中的路线问题。

学情分析
本本次教学面临的是刚刚升入六年级的学生, 六年级的学生已经学习了三年英语,有一定英语基础。大部分同学能在老师的带领下拼读单词,并且能按要求预习课文,较好的听、说、读、写英语的习惯已基本养成。但是,他们的基础差距很明显。基础好的同学兴趣浓厚,学习习惯好,学习效果好;基础弱的同学对学习英语很排斥,没有养成好的学习习惯,考试成绩也不理想。所以,在教学中为了保持学生们在课堂上的耐心,使全体学生参与到教学活动中来,教师要采取适合本班学生的学习方法,以便于更好地调动学生的积极性和学习英语的欲望,达到预期的目的。
单元整体设计思路
围绕单元主题,深挖各课时话题,本单元学习的主题是“How can I get there”。本单元要学习的核心词汇:cinema, bookstore, hospital, science museum, post office,crossing, turn left, turn right, go straight等,围绕单元主题,深挖各课时话题,本单元学习的主题是“问路及描述路线”。通过本单元学习,学生能够更加了解自己的社区、城市;能够有礼貌地问路或为他人指路;能够运用知识储备和现代科技手段解决问题。语篇核心词汇核心句型学习内容学习时长学习目标A talkask, sir, Where is the... 新课标 第二部分 分课时教学设计【第 5 课时】
语篇研读(附图)本节课是对话篇, 本课时的主题意义是通过Wu Binbin,Mike and Robin在去意大利餐厅的路上经过的路线及谈论路线是发生的谈话,语篇通过一些从古到今辨别方位的单词导入主题, 先分解对话, 处理局部的重点句型,让学生感知本节课句型的语义及语用情景。让学生进行小组合作操练句型,再回归语篇,解决问题Let's go straight and turn left at the bookstore. Follow me, please !Is it far My new BDS works!逐步引导学生在发现问题,了解语言结构的同时,学会如何询问路线和指引路线。引导学生学会在出行之前要提前了解路线做好安排,培养独立自主的品质;同时也引导学生学会使用BDS等科技手段解决找不到路的问题。
