摇摆舞属于爵士乐的一个分支，又称“摇摆爵士舞”，初现于20世纪早期的美国，并于20至50年代逐步发展成为一个独立的舞蹈分支，其音乐由爵士（Jazz）和蓝调(Blues)音乐演变而来，有摆荡的感觉，故而得名。

hard ① adv. 努力地；大量地 work hard 努力学习、工作

注意：
① hardly本身表否定含义，不能再与否定词连用；
② 表示频率，常位于实义动词之前，系动词、助动词、情态动词之后。
