学情分析:
四年级的学生对英语学习有很大的热情,他们敢于表达,乐于倾听。通过三年多的英语学习,大多数学生可以在图片等媒介的帮助下认读各类已学词汇,能进行简单的问答交流,也能用简单的句型描述某些人或事物,初具分享、交流与合作的能力。
在学习本单元内容之前,在2AM1U3接触过数字类词汇, 如:seven, eight, nine, ten等;在3AM1U2学习过互相问候及介绍,如What’s your name My name is …等;在3AM1U3再次接触过数字类词汇,如one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten等。

4A M1的学习主题为Getting to know you,这个单元涉及到的词汇包括人名(有性别之分)、数字、动词、物主代词、感觉类形容词等;涉及到的句型包括to be、can以及一般现在时态(以how引导的特殊问句以及回答)。在相关句型学习的基础上,对学习内容提出了新要求,进行了适当的延伸和拓展。从新同学的介绍、对Super girl的采访以及不同场景下的人物心情与感受为主线展开学习内容,不仅注意到了新旧知识的有机整合,而且对学生的语言能力提出了更高的要求,进一步从听说能力的培养转向听、说、读、写、练、用的兼顾。
本模块,既有新同学的认识与介绍、对他人的采访与能力的表述,还有不同场景下人物心情与感受的合理表述,可以说,单元间学习内容较为紧密;单元内内容的学习主线明晰。
本模块共分三个单元。通过三个单元的学习,学生能合理、有条理地介绍朋友、同学或他人(包括姓名、年龄、能力、心情与感受等);能运用can句型问答他人的能力状态,适当使用程度副词(very, fast, well, high);能合理表述自己或他人的心情与感受,并能学会询问。
单元教学任务分析:
4AM1U1以Meeting new people(遇见新朋友)为主题,学习、运用数字的表示,如:eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen等;从新学期、新同学、新学号、新气象入手,让学生在校内、外遇见不认识的同学或朋友时,能用恰当的问候语主动与他人打招呼,能从姓名、年龄、学号、能力等方面依次介绍他人或朋友。此外,学习字母组合-sk在单词中的发音。
单元教学设计思考:
第一课时,以数字游戏的为学习主线,通过Kitty和她的哥哥姐姐在玩数字游戏的过程中学习数字类词汇,如:eleven, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen等;能运用相关句型This is....She's/He’s...等介绍人物及其年龄,初步感受数字的魅力。
第二课时,以Kitty和Peter在上学路上讨论Kitty认识的新朋友为学习情景,初步学习、操练与运用This is..../ My/ His/ Her... is... She's/He’s...She/He can …来交流介绍他人,进一步感受认识新朋友的快乐。
第三课时,以Kitty班级来了一位新同学Jill为教学情境,通过对话进一步巩固日常问候语的用法;尝试学习与运用This is … His/ Her … is …来描述新同学;在此基础上,体会认识新同学的喜悦,激发学生热爱学校,热爱班级,热爱同学的情感。
第四课时:通过以Kitty的口吻了解更多关于新同学Jill的信息,了解Kitty喜欢这位新同学,在描述场景中进一步感受人物信息、合理描述人物。
第五课时:复习单元核心,落实技能训练。
