一、教材分析：
Module5主要以玩具和交通 ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )工具为话题。每个孩子都喜欢玩玩具，因此，对于三年级的学生来说，玩具是他们十分感兴趣的话题。这个单元的主要学习任务是有关玩具的单词以及句型Is it a … 及其回答Yes, it is. / No, it isn’t. 还有描述性句型I have a…..
二、学情分析：
其实在一年级孩子们已经学习过玩具和交通工具 ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )单词，而且在Unit 8已经能熟练运用Is he/she… 对一般疑问句Is he/she ….？及其回答，对一般疑问句有了初步的认，并且在一年级已经学习过I have…的句型。本课时主要是通过让孩子参与各种学习活动，在完成学习任务的过程中，熟练地运用句子Is it a … 及其回答等的活动中掌握语言，运用语言。
Unit 9 Is it a cat 教学设计
第一课时
一、教学内容：Unit9 Let’s talk
二、教学目标：
1、知识目标：①、能够听说认读单词: to ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )y, dog, cat, ball, kite, rabbit； ②、能熟练运用句子：Is it … No, it isn’t. / Yes, it is. It’s Jinmin’s.
2、技能目标：能用Is it … Yes, it is. / No, it isn’t.等句子在情景中交流、对话。
3、情感与态度目标：培养学生学会小组合作、与他人交流的能力; 及对学生养成良好生活习惯的培养。
三、教学重点、难点：
1．Is it … Yes, it is. / No, it isn’t.
2．名词所有格的表达与运用。
四、教学准备：
课件，玩具图形卡，toys
五、教学过程：
Step1. Warm up（2`）
1、Greeting
2. Free talk.
(设计意图：拉近师生间的距离，营造和谐的课堂气氛，设计悬念，激发学生的学习兴趣，为新课做好铺垫。)
Step 2．Presentation（3`）
Look and say: Let’s go to Ben’s house and have fun.
Look and say( Show Ben’s bedroom with many toys)

Step 3. Touch and guess（10`）
Look at the shakes of the toys on the Bb and guess:
T: （黑板前闭眼转三圈，用手摸中黑板上贴的任意一张玩具背影图卡，打开眼问)
Is it a cat (引导学生用Yes, it is. / No, it isn’t. 正确回答)
Ss: Yes, it is. (老师猜对后，拿走图卡，并在图卡后写上自己的名字)
T：It’s Miss Li’s cat.( 引导学生重复三次)

Make sure Ss know the rules of the game and then play the game.
3．Show time:
Ss recall all th ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )e toy cards and read them aloud. The one with the card should get to the Bb and hold the card up.
