As middle school students, we should help our parents do some housework.
I often do housework on weekends. In the morning, I sweep the floor and clean my bedroom. I feel tired but happy. I help to cook the meal and lay the table. It’s relaxing to cook the meal. Now I can cook some simple meals, like noodles and eggs. I usually wash clothes after I finish my homework.
I learn a lot from doing housework. It’s a good way for me to get life skills. Also, I am proud of what I do for my family. What’s more, I have a great sense of achievement. I like doing housework.
