单元主题分析
本单元 本单元主题:“Respect others and accept oneself"。该主题属于“人与自我”“人与社会”的范畴,涉及到的是“生活与学习”,本单元的主题围绕单元子主题“了解不同老师的性格”“ 根据性格特征,广泛结交朋友”“学会尊重他人,不能以貌取人”展开;引导学生学会欣赏他人、尊重他人,树立正确的审美观。念。

学情分析
本本单元是人教版英语(三年级起点)五年级上册第一单元,本单元的主题“What's he like”。本次教学面临的是刚刚升入五年级的学生, 在心理特征上,五年级的学生活泼好动、对新话题充满兴趣,喜欢表现自我勇于挑战;在知识上,五年级的学生已有了四年的英语学习基础,已经具备一定的英语学习能力,较好的听、说、读、写英语的习惯已基本养成。他们生性活泼好动,好奇心强,模仿力强,对新事物有着强烈的好奇心,探索知识的欲望很强烈。,能够准确地理解简单的课堂用语,自主学习能力也有了很大的提高。由于学生们在以前的内容中接触过形容词,已经初步掌握了其功能,在此基础上他们更容易进入本单元的学习。
单元整体设计思路
围绕单元主题,深挖各课时话题,本单元学习的主题是“What's he like”。本单元要学习的核心词汇:old, young, funny, kind, strict,polite, shy, helpful, hard-working. clever等围绕单元主题,深挖各课时话题,本单元学习的主题是“介绍老师同学的特征”。本单元要学习的表示特征的一些形容词和描述个人特征的相关句型。语篇核心词汇核心句型学习内容学习时长学习目标A talkknow,our, Do you know +人物 Is he/she young / .../?Yes, he/she is. 或No, he/she isn't.谈论某个科任老师的特征1课时理解对话,在语境中运用所学词汇和句型, A learnkind, young, old, funny, strictWho’s your ... teacher Is he/she ... 语篇研读(附图)
本节课是阅读对话篇, 本课时的主题意义是通过Wu Binbin首次介绍Robin给大家认识, Robin 有什么特征呢。先通过分解课文, 处理局部的重点句型,让学生感知本节课句型的语义及语用情景。让学生进行小组合作操练句型,再回归语篇,解决问题What is Robin like 逐步引导学生在发现问题,了解语言结构的同时,学会尊师爱友。
教学过程
核心素养教学目标 学习能力目标: 1. 能在图片和文本语境的帮助下, 在看、听、说的活动中,获取和梳理对话信息,理解对话中所使用的核心语言,2. 能在教师引导下,初步运用句子What is Robin like He is ...描述人物特征。3.能完成Tick or cross, design,listen and check 部分等语言知识目标:能在图片和文本语境的帮助下,听懂、会说、会认核心词汇和句型, 能运用所学句型词汇和句型正确描述人物特征。思维能力目标: 能运用所学词汇和句型问答等正确描述人物特征等,能运用核心句型进行简单正确描述人物特征文化品格目标:通过游戏和小组合作等活动,学会与他人合作学习的能力2.了解英语的语言表达,体会不同的语言魅力,促进心智发展。
重点 能够熟读talk部分对话和情景表演并能通过游戏和小组活动巩固句型。
