Teaching Reflection
Know myself
In the world, there is no other person who is like me, even if there are people who have some parts that are like mine. In other words, everything that comes out of me is really mine because I alone choose it.
I own everything about me. I own my body, my mind, my eyes, my voice, all my actions, my mouth and all the words that come out of it. I have my dreams, my hopes, and my fears. I have all my happiness, and all my troubles.
Because I have all of me, I can get to know myself well. By doing so, I can love me and be nice to me and all my parts. I can then make it possible for all of me to work for my best interests.
I know there are things about myself that get me into trouble and other things that I do not know, but as long as I am friendly and loving to myself, I can look for the keys to the problems and for ways to find out more about myself with hope.
