Step 1 Lead-in
Play a video about museums, showing rich exhibits and beautiful scenes to stimulate students' interest.
Ask students: “What can you see in the video Have you ever been to a museum What impressed you most in the museum ” Guide students to share their impressions and experiences of museums.
Lead to the topic of this unit “Museum Rules” and write the title on the blackboard.
Step 2 Pre-reading
Distribute vocabulary cards. Let students work in groups to quickly read the words and say the Chinese meanings. Each group selects a representative to show. See which group can read accurately and quickly.
Ask students about their understanding of museum rules and guide them to express some common rules in English. Use the method of quick response to stimulate students' enthusiasm.
Step 3 Reading
Let students read the text quickly and answer the question: What's the passage mainly about After giving students some time to read, randomly call on students to answer the question to check their understanding.
Read the text again and complete the table to sort out the museum rules in the article.

Step 4 Language points
