1、知识。这个班学生基础好的较少,中等生不多,大部分学生的基础较差,有的智力不健全的。所以我们的教师在进行学情分析时必须充分的考虑到这一点,才能把握好你的教学尺度,才能使学生学有所得。
2、情感。学生对某些学科的认知缺少很多实践基础,特别是英语学科,缺少直观和现实的体现,影响学生的学习积极性。部分学生学习态度是极不端正,认为学不学英语都一样。学生家庭教育较差,家长文化素质较低,小农意识强,影响了自己子女的学习意识,缺少学习的主观能动性。在学习中学生的学习目的不明确,不知道为什么而学,老师要求学生学习,做作业都成了学生的负担,课堂秩序较差,师生关系不和谐,师生之间缺少情感交流,部分学生产生了厌学心理,严重影响了教师的教学实施。
3、个性心理。我校的学生有来自各个学校,学生个性心理差异较大,多数学生缺少自我学习的意志,长期的环境影响,使一部分学生的学习已经失去了信心,有的根本不学习,学生情绪低落,给教师的课堂管理、正常教学进程的进行都造成了很大的影响,有些学科根本完成不了学习任务,给教师的心理造成了很大压力。
4、方法和思维。部分学生从家庭教育开始就缺乏学习方法的指导,有的学生根本不知道什么是学习、怎样学习,造成了学习成绩欠账,学生的认知能力特别差,影响学生的智力开发,学生分析问题、解决问题能力较差,这就需要我们教师在教学中采取合作性学生的方法,培养他们的学习能力,拓展他们的思维弥补他们在学习上的先天性不足。
5、环境。我校的学生家庭的文化环境、物质环境都比较差,比较好的学校就读,家长的文化素质低,有些家庭不和谐或是单亲家庭,给孩子的成长造成了一定的影响。有些班级没有形成良好的班风,学生缺少自信心和上进心,学生在吃穿、享受上进行攀比,而在学习上很少有人向优秀学生挑战,热爱学习、关心学习的学生所剩无几。这是我校教师所面临的最大困难,也是急需解决的难题。
教学反思
本节英语课能够较好的使用多媒体辅助教学,有效地激发了学生的学习兴趣。
成功之处:
1、《英语课程标准》中指出:英语学科教学要从兴趣出发,激发学生的多种感官进行参与,而让学生动脑、动口的最好形式就是游戏。因此,游戏是激发学生学习兴趣,最喜闻乐见的形式,是英语课堂的兴奋剂。游戏的引入,可以让学生在玩中学,在乐中用,从而体验学习的乐趣和成功的喜悦。不但激发学生的学习兴趣,可以有效调动学生的学习积极性和参与意识,而且为学生学习句型创设了情境,使学生在浓厚的兴趣中用表示推断的情态动词进行句型操练。
2、通过课件的恰当使用,调动了学生的学习积极性,使学生的学习已经不再是被动的接受知识,而是积极、主动地参与课堂活动,正确理解和运用情态动词。英语课堂教学与多媒体信息技术的整合,有效地帮助教师在课堂教学中促进学生学习方式的转变。
3、为学生创造了轻松宽松的学习氛围,给学生更大的自由想象和发挥的空间,让学生的个性得到充分的伸展。
4、在教学中,我多鼓励、肯定学生,多为学生创造成功的机遇,使他们体验到成功的喜悦,把学习英语当成一件乐事,在成功的基础上去争取更大的成功。
不足之处:
1、在本节课中,对学困生的关注还是不够的,学困生毕竟是在班集体中属于需要特别关心的人群。
2、自身素质有待于提高,容易紧张,脸红。
3、在课堂上需要加强学生学习技能与技巧的培养。记得我国著名的教育家陶行知先生曾经说过:“好的先生不是教书,而是教学生学。”新课程强调,教的最优化必须要落实到学的最优化上,做到教为主导,学为主体,因此,在今后的教学中我要时刻注意指导学生掌握科学的学习方法。
通过认真的反思,我深刻体会到,在教学中我们应该有一种前瞻的眼光,平时要多注意学习方法的指导,学习策略的培养,应该挖掘更深层次的激发学生学习兴趣的方法,从提高学生“内力”上下功夫,由单纯的知识性向综合的能力性过渡。只有这样,我们的课堂才有生命力,教学才有实效。
