学习过程
that:当宾语从句是陈述句时,用that 引导,that只起连接作用,不充当句子成分。在口语、非正式文体中常被省略。
if 或whether:当宾语从句由一般疑问句变来时,要用if或whether引导,意为“是否”。if或whether只起连接作用,不充当句子成分,一般情况下可互换。
Could you please tell me where we will have a meeting 请你告诉我我们将在哪儿开会好吗
.宾语从句的时态
(1)如果主句是一般现在时,宾语从句可用其所需要的任何时态。
He says(that)he has seen this film. 他说他已经看过这部电影了。
(2)如果主句是一般过去时,宾语从句常用过去的某种时态。
He said he would go to Hainan in the winter holiday. 他说他将去海南度寒假。
.宾语从句的语序要用陈述语序,即:引导词+主语+谓语十其他。
.含宾语从句的复合句与简单句的相互转化
(1)疑问词引导宾语从句时,若主句的主语与从句的主语一致,则从句可以变成“疑问词+动词不定式”的复合结构。
I don't know how I should do it next.→I don't know how to do it next.我不知道下一步应该怎做。
(2)当主句的谓语动词是hope,agree,wish等,主句的主语与从句的主语一致时,其后that引导的宾语从句可简化为动词不定式结构。

助记:宾语从句需注意,几点事项应牢记。一是关键引导词,不同句子词相异。陈述句子用that,一般疑问“是否(if,whether)”替;特殊问句更好办,引导还需疑问词。二是时态常变化,主句不同从句异。主句若为现在时,从句时态可随意;主句若为过去时,从句时态对应改。三是语序要记清,从句永保陈述序。
