People spend almost a third of their lives doing one thing: sleeping. Every year, there is a day for people around the world to celebrate the importance of good and healthy sleep—World Sleep Day.
Sleep is like food for the brain. A good amount of sleep helps the body and brain grow and develop.
People of different ages need different amounts of sleep. According to the National Sleep Foundation in the US, adults need seven to nine hours of sleep every night. For students aged 10 to 17, a healthy amount is about eight to nine hours per night.
However, many students don't get enough sleep because of early school start times and too much homework. The China Youth and Children Research Center reported that about 80 percent of middle school students don't get enough sleep.
A lack of sleep can greatly affect a person's life. Students who don't get enough sleep may get poor grades. They cannot pay attention in class or do well in sports.
To solve this problem, scientists advise that students should have less schoolwork and more time to sleep. There are some other ways to help people get enough sleep, such as taking a 20-minute nap during the day. Good sleep habits are also helpful. For example, try to go to sleep and wake up at the same time every day, even on weekends and during holidays.

28.Carol just got married, how long does she need to sleep every night
A. six hours. B. ten hours. C. twenty minutes. D. eight hours.
29.Why is it important for people to get enough sleep
A. Because the body and brain will stop grow and develop without enough sleep.
B. Because a lack of sleep can affect a person's life.
C. Because the school starts early and students have too much homework.
D. Because people can have good sleep habits.
30.Where can we find the passage

41.【答案】How To Keep Healthy
It's very important to keep healthy. How can we make ourselves healthy Here are my suggestions.
First, eat the right food and be healthy. It's very important to eat food that is fresh and natural. Lots of fruit and vegetables are good for us. Fast food is not healthy, so we should only have it once in a while.
Second, do more exercise. To keep healthy, we can do some sports in our free time such as running, swimming and playing basketball. In my opinion, we can ride or walk to school every day. Then riding or walking can be our daily exercise. If we keep doing that, we will be stronger.
Third, develop good living habits. As students, about eight hours' sleep a night is important. Staying up late is very harmful to our health. We should go to bed early and get up early so that we can stay in excellent condition.
In a word, the more healthily we live, the happier we will feel. If we follow these suggestions, we'll be healthy and happy.
