In Chinese mythology, Chang’e is a goddess who is believed to live on the moon and Queqiao is a bridge formed by magpies to reunite a couple who have been separated for long. The way the probe and the satellite were named is a reflection of our yearning for exploring the moon for thousands of years. It also indicates our hope and determination to unveil the mystery of the moon through continuous space endeavors.
