教学重难点 能听懂Let's check和Let’s wrap it up部分的交际内容;能根据所给情景对本单元所学的知识进行梳理、巩固和复习。
教学准备 多媒体课件、图片、卡片、相关音频或视频
一、教学过程
Step 1- Warm up&Revision 1. Greetings. 2. 播放歌曲 If you’re happy, clap your hands on the PPT.(出示课件)学生跟唱 3. Let’s chant. 老师向学生展示卡片内容,学生唱 A: Ill, ill. I am ill. What should I do B: See a doctor, see a doctor. You should see a doctor. A: Cold, cold. It’s cold. What should I do B: Wear warm clothes, wear warm clothes. You should wear warm clothes. … Step 2-Presentation Listen and match. ①课件呈现P64 Listen and check板块的图片,学生观察图片,预测听力的重点内容。 T: Who are they Ss: They are Mike, Wu Binbin, Oliver and Zhang Peng. T: Yes. There are four students on the left. How do they feel What should they do Can you guess ②教师播放课文录音,学生完成配对题。 ③师生一起核对答案。 T: How does Mike feel Ss: He is happy. T: How does Wu Binbin feel Ss: He is ill. T: What should Oliver do Ss: He should count to ten. T: What should Zhang Peng do Ss: He should wear warm clothes. Listen again and circle the right answers. ①课件呈现P64 Let’s check板块的习题,学生快速读题并预测答案。 ②播放音频,学生选出正确答案,然后师生一起核对答案。 ③教师再次播放音频,学生跟读,然后请学生找出重点句子。 T: How does cold weather make John feel S1: The cold weather makes John feel sad. T: Who should Wu Binbin see S2: He should see a doctor. T: How does Oliver feel now S3: Oliver feels happy now. T: What should Zhang Peng do S4: Wear warm clothes. Let’s wrap it up. ①呈现表达情绪和感受的图片,学生们说出对应的词汇。 T: How does he/she/it feel How do they feel ②将学生分为两组,分组讨论还有哪些表达情绪和感受的词汇。 ③学生针对人物不同的情绪和感受给出合适的建议。 T: He is hungry. What should he do Ss: He should eat some food. T: She is ill. What should she do S2: She should go to the hospital and see a doctor. ... Learn “Story time” (1)T: Ok, everyone. Look at here. What is this Ss: Popcorn.(板书单词popcorn, 指名读,齐读) T: Do you like popcorn Ss: Yes. (2)带着问题动画课件,整体感知。 What is this story about (3)学习故事。 a.呈现第一幅图,介绍故事背景。 T: Where are Zoom and Zip Ss: At home. T: What are they doing Ss: They’re watching TV. T: What will Zoom do Ss: He will make popcorn. b.呈现第二至第四幅图。 How does Zip feel (引导学生找出Zip在等待的过程中的心情,并板书单词happy, worried) c.呈现第五至第六幅图。 T: What is Zoom doing Ss: He is making popcorn. T: How does he do that (课件呈现Zoom做爆米花的语句,了解Zoom没有做好爆米花的原因,带读语句,并猜测Zip此时的心情) (4)再次欣赏故事,听录音跟读故事。 Step 3-Practise 调整故事的文本,然后分组表演故事。 Step 4- Summary T: What did you learn about this lesson 1. 复习和巩固了单元的核心词汇和句型。 2. 知道了feel后面跟表示感受和感情的形容词。 3. 学习了一个有趣的故事。
二、板书设计
以思维导图的形式展示课时名称和重点词汇、句型。
三、作业设计
1. 背诵本单元的重点词汇和句型。 2. 完成本课时对应的练习。
四、教学反思
本课时以听力练习和总结为主。要求学生能够运用所学的知识听懂对话,能对本单元所学词汇进行归纳和总结。经过前几次课反复地练习和巩固,学生能根据不同的情景表达自己内心的感受,能针对人物不同的情绪和感受给出合理的建议,此次课学生表现较好。
