How often do you exercise A new study finds that one third of the children aged 12 to 15 don’t do enough exercise. Doctors advise 41 for an hour or more every day. According to the 42 , only 1 in 4 American children exercise enough.

Meet Mike Fisher, an old British soccer player.

My name’s Julia, and I’m 22. Three years ago, I came to London. Now I work in a bank. My everyday life here is not special, but I love it.
From Monday to Friday, I always get up at 6:30. After having some bread and milk, I go to work.
