语篇分析 Text Analysis What: John想要知道如何交朋友，通过和妈妈对话以及读Zip的故事来学习交友方法。在John和妈妈的对话中，妈妈告诉John一些在学校交新朋友的方式。Reading time为配图故事，内容包括记叙性文本、对话和图片，讲述的是Zip和Zoom如何从相识变成好朋友的过程。 Why: 通过John和妈妈的对话，以及Zoom和Zip如何从新朋友变成好朋友的故事，让学生进一步理解和学习交友的方法，感受友谊的真谛，从而更加深入地探讨本单元的项目问题：How do we make friends How:通过理解和梳理故事情节，制作一份基于单元主题“Making Friends”的思维导图。通过制作思维导图，学生能够主动探索，并找到本单元子主题2中 How can we be a good friend 的解决办法，梳理好朋友的日常相处之道，让学生明白主动结交新朋友的方法、学会与他人交往。
学情分析 Student Analysis 本单元的授课对象是三年级学生。 【学习动机】三年级的学生具有较强的英语语言学习动机，愿意尝试用英语去谈论与自己生活密切相关的话题。 【认知能力和思维能力】三年级的学生的思维方式具有从具体形象到抽象的转变，推理和评价能力有待发展。学生主观意识增强，自我表达意愿强，但观察还具有片面性，归纳能力也正处于发展中。 【生活经验】结交朋友和维系友谊是学生生活中的重要活动，他们对于朋友间的兴趣爱好和日常活动，都有一定的认知和理解；但是在如何通过各种渠道认识新朋友，以及如何发出交友邀请、保持良好友谊等方面，他们仍需要一定的引导。通过本单元的学习，学生可以把所学知识运用于实际生活当中。 【已有语言知识储备】三年级的学生听说读写能力得到一定发展，本单元涉及的交友话题在学习过程中能得到很好的反复滚动。 【学习策略】创设主题情境和语境，让学生在真实语言情境下综合运用本单元的核心语言知识。在小组活动中，教师鼓励学生积极合作，培养他们乐于与他人共同完成学习任务的品质。
教学目标 Learning Objectives 通过本课时学习，学生能够： 1.读懂reading time的故事内容，理解大意，梳理出关键信息； 2.了解制作思维导图的要素，以小组合作的形式完成关于如何交朋友的思维导图。
教学重难点 Teaching Key Points and Difficult Points 教学重点： 在听、看、读、说、写的活动中，获取和梳理朋友之间友好相处的方式。 在小组合作中，探究自己如何交友, 并完成思维导图。 教学难点： 根据自身实际，借助思维导图，表达与朋友相处之道。

Let’s watch the video and answer: Who are in the story 老师观察学生是否能在听、说的活动中提取关键信息。 老师观察学生是否能在看视频的过程对故事内容有初步感知，并找出主人公。
设计意图（Intention）：通过John的情境引入story time，激发学生的学习兴趣，并且对故事内容进行初步感知。
