教学反思 在本次教学中，我有一些成功之处，也发现了一些需要改进的地方。
成功之处在于，通过多种教学方法，如情景创设、小组讨论等，激发 了学生的学习兴趣和积极性。学生们在课堂上能够积极参与讨论，比较自己和朋友的性格特点，较好地掌握了比较级的用法。
同时，在 3a 的阅读教学中，引导学生通过阅读技巧获取关键信息，提高了他们的阅读理解能力。Self-check 部分的练习也有效地巩固了所学知识。
然而，教学中仍存在不足之处。首先，在时间把控上不够精准，导致最后的小组展示环节时间较仓促，部分小组未能充分展示成果。其次，对于个别基础薄弱的学生关注不足，未能及时给予更多的指导和帮助，使他们在学习过程中可能感到吃力。
在今后的教学中，我将更加注重时间的合理分配，提前规划好每个教学环节的时间。同时，加强对不同层次学生的关注，设计分层教学任务，满足不同学生的学习需求，让每个学生都能在英语学习中有所收获和进步。
