学情分析(Analysis of the students)
今年由于是新接手的班级,学生的情况不是十分了解,他们的英语基础如何,在后来的教学中才慢慢的显现出来。我在自己的课堂中总感觉学生不能适应自己的教学方式:学生上课回答问题不积极,参与教学活动的积极性不高。只是一味的听老师讲和做笔记。听课效率不高。经分析,原因是自己上课方式与学生以前的老师的教学方式不一样,学生不能适应;课堂上我语速过快,学生跟不上、听不懂。而自己也没有很好的了解学生的实际情况,学生不回答问题或不参与教学活动,只是一味的埋怨和批评,致使学生上课更不敢回答问题。
但是八年级学生通过两年多的英语学习,其实已经有了一定的英语基础知识和听说读写的能力。同时,学生对英语学习有着较浓厚的兴趣。经过两年的新课程理念的熏陶及实践,他们已经掌握了一些简单的学习策略和技巧,他们的思维已经接近成人,他们有强烈的求知欲和较高的学习自觉性,他们对老师的期望值也大大提高了,不仅希望老师传授他们科学文化知识,更期待从老师那里获取更多的学习策略与技巧。
因此本节课我主要采用交际教学法和任务型教学途径,围绕核心问题,我设定了许多小任务,围绕教材内容,尽可能提供训练学生技能的机会,开展自主性学习的课堂活动。强调合作探究与独立思考相结合。
学法
有句古话“授之于鱼,不如授之于渔”。因此,在对学生指导方面我主要采用自主学习法和小组合作学习法。通过完成各个任务活动,思考质疑,互相讨论交流等方式,培养学生的自学能力,合作学习能力及阅读的各种能力与技巧。

对自己的整堂课我从三个方面分析:
第一,这节课有九个环节组成: lead-in, pair work, skimming, scanning, careful reading, Emotional sublimation, writing,在第一个环节中,先由视频Can you feel my love tonight?和old coins引入hobby 话题,然后让学生进行pairwork来活跃课堂气氛, 接着进行略读及精读训练,紧接着感情升华并进行写作练习。环环相扣,联系紧密,循序渐进,层层提高.学生在这些环节中,进行了师生问答练习,两人一组的对话练习,六人一组的讨论, ,使每位学生都参与到课堂活动中来,由学困生进行简单的师生问答练习,中等生进行对话练习,学优生做即兴写作,做到了面向全体和因材施教。
第二,问题设计层次化,解决方式多样化,回答方式科学化。在导入环节中,多数运用简单的一般疑问句来提问,如Do you like English movies?等集中了他们的注意力.然后再问一些中等生What is your hobby?并由他们进行对话练习,并由优生做即兴写作.问题层层深入,不断提高,面向不同层次的学生,并且,对学生回答总是以鼓励为主,能用“good, well done, you are so clever”等评价语进行称赞、表扬,面带微笑,和蔼可亲。
第三,学生在这节中充当了学习的主人,课堂的大部分时间以学生练习和活动为主,学生进行了了自主学习、探究学习和合作学习。在老师授课的过程中,学生认真倾听讲课,并在每一个指令下达后做相关的练习和准备,比如,pairwork,分组讨论等活动,在阅读部分也能够及时完成阅读练习;同时也能够认真倾听其他同学的发言,及时纠正自身的错误或给予他人帮助。
第四,在这堂上,老师和学生的关系是融洽而和谐的,师生、生生、师班之间的互动都体现在了整个教学活动中。对于不同性质的问题和不同情况的过渡,我采用了不同的方式来互动,推进教学进程。在课堂中,学生回答时也出现了少量的错误,对于学生的错误,没有过度的批评、指责;而是能及时鼓励,积极引导,适时地给予学生帮助,带领学生从“错误”走向“正确”,让学生顺利完成任务,使学生体会到学习的成就感。
总之, 这节课我灵活地调整了教学内容,恰如其分地情感升华,同时注重阅读和写作的结合,我觉得这堂课是成功的。

教材分析( Analysis of the textbooks)
《新目标英语》教材的语言教育理念是:知识用于行动,强调语言应用,培养创新、实践能力,发展学习策略。它采用任务型语言教学(Task-based Language Teaching)模式。教材中每单元都设计一个或几个与该单元话题有关的任务,让学生在完成任务的过程中,使用英语获取信息,用英语进行交流,培养运用英语解决实际问题的能力。每一单元由四个版块构成:Section A(基本的语言知识)、?Section B(知识的扩展和综合的运用)、Selfcheck(学生自我检测本单元所学的语言知识)、?Reading(为了加强学生的阅读能力的大量语篇输入)。
本单元主要讲述了中学生的一些在家以及在学校的规则。使学生能够在学到知识的同时,了解自己应该和不应该做的事情,有利于他们更好的成长和发展。而第四课时为一个阅读课,阅读课教学是英语教学中的一个重要环节,如何培养学生良好的阅读习惯和阅读方法,提高阅读能力,这正是素质教育对中学英语教学的要求。本课描述的是一个青少年在对待学业与理想的问题上与父母产生的歧义。这个问题在青少年中普遍存在,学生也对此很感兴趣。在掌握文章意指的同时,要求培养学生在阅读方面的技巧,从而提高阅读能力,还要让学生了解到学业和理想同样重要,认识到两者之间是相互依赖,相互影响的,并且要学会和父母沟通,更好的理解父母。

一、优点
1.课堂环节从歌曲导入到写作非常清晰,课堂节奏自然。
2.重难点突破方法新颖、到位。
3.任务形式多样,阅读技巧训练到位。
4.老师的语言能激发学生的学习主动性,并能促进小组合作学习
二、存在问题及改进建议。
1.教学中紧紧抓住学生学习特点,注重词汇练习,增强练习频度
2.在对话练习时,尽量多喊几组学生。
4.课堂用语尽量简洁,语速慢点, 指令要清。
5、对话练习时应交换角色。
6、把课堂上大部分时间交给学生,让生生互动,可以分小组,角 色操练等。
7、Writing这个环节时, 最好把答案呈现在屏幕上,这样就照顾到了不同层次的学生。
8、在教学活动中,加上肢体语言也许效果会更好。
总之,这节课非常值得学习和借鉴。

教学反思
这一周我校组织开展“一师一优课”和“一课一名师”活动,我也精心准备了这节课,这是节阅读课,下面是我这节课的一些反思。
一、词汇方面。本节课词汇较多,要想阅读取得好的效果,必须扫清阅读路上的障碍,所以我让学生预习单词,自己掌握;学生能猜测并理解。对一些重难点的组合词汇我才有必要有选择性地重点教学,这样学生反而印象深刻,与此同时也无形中培养了学生自学的能力。
二、阅读任务的合理安排。在阅读课中我们通常有三读的安排,分别为skimming, scanning和careful-reading,在这三读中我又分别设置不同的阅读任务,而这些阅读任务应该由浅入深,由简到难。在首次备课时我在scanning这一环节就设置了careful-reading中的阅读任务,对学生来说显然难度较大,后来在老教师的指点下做了改动,这一改动我觉得非常合理。在后面的巩固练习中我呈现的题目有些模糊,导致学生不能一目了然,部分学生出了错。由此可见,在阅读中任务的合理安排尤为关键,任务过于简单,学生不屑一顾;任务太难,学生畏惧甚至丧失自信。
三、读写结合教学的体会。英语教学中我们应培养学生听说读写的综合能力,而“写”又是学生最高水平的体现,我们的“听、说、读”都应为“写”来作准备,作铺垫。在阅读教学中如何体现为写来服务,除了词汇、短语的积累,更重要的一点就是学生口头的语篇输出,口头的语篇输出是笔头表达的前奏和序曲,只有充分有效的口头语篇输出才能帮助学生积累语言、组织体系、交换思想,为以后的写作铺垫更为扎实的基础。在本节课中我就采用了“writing practice”这样的一种形式,让学生依据课文的结构和所学的单词来表达自己的观点,总体效果不错,但由于自己要求没有讲明白,导致部分学生没能注意句子间的逻辑关系。
通过这次活动的开设,让我领悟了许多备课上课中应注意的问题,让我学到了很多,这也将对我今后的教学有着重要的指导作用。也让我看到自身的不足,在今后的教学中,必须努力学习以提高自身素质。

上好阅读课是培养学生阅读能力的主阵地,阅读课既培养学生的阅读能力和水平,更重要的是逐渐提升学生的阅读思维和创新实践能力。阅读课是初中英语课的一种基本的课型,在阅读中培养学生的阅读能力是初中英语教学的重要目标。但是如何培养和提高学生对语言的理解能力,也正是阅读教学中所需要解决的问题所在。如果在阅读教学中,老师按照老办法,把重点单纯地放在单词、句子意思和语法等基本知识目标上,而忽略与学生之间的交际性参与,师生互动的阅读活动,久而久之,学生就会失去学习的主动性,失去独立思考问题,主动参与的机会,过分的依赖老师讲解,这样提高学生的阅读能力就变的非常困难。那么在阅读教学过程中该如何调动学生学习的主动性,如何突出阅读文章的重难点,如何提高学生的阅读能力,从而上好英语阅读课呢?我们不断进行阅读课教学的研讨,每学期都要开设阅读专题研究课,以提高阅读课教学效益,逐渐提高学生的阅读能力。?
通过大量阅读课堂教学研究和经验的积累,我逐渐形成自己的典型的阅读教学模式。五个步骤环环紧扣,且力求体现学生自主学习与合作探究精神的培养,因为学生是学习的主人,教师只是帮助者,指导者,促进者。步骤如下:?
