学情分析
学生在本单元前两节已接触过一般过去时,具有了学习本课知识的认知前提,能自然地与本单元话题进行衔接。我们七年级的学生,英语基础一般,学生不爱学。所以在设计时我尽量降低难度,提高兴趣,循序渐进,使学生在不知不觉中学到知识,形成技能。课中设计的Where did you go ,dad?导入以及搭配图片的课程内容都十分接近学生的生活,学生对本课知识非常感兴趣。他们回答问题时,尽量问一些比较简单的问题,他们感觉就轻松多了,做起题来也容易多了。一节课下来,所有的学生都有所收获。
效果分析
我们的任务是树立学生的自信心,提高学生学习兴趣。结合新课程标准和七年级学生的年龄特征以及学生的基础(包括知识、能力、情感和方法),我选择的教法是:问答法、启发式、讨论法、导学点拨和自学探究相结合的方法。教师只是引导学生自主探究、合作交流,并参与学生的活动,通过师生互动、生生互动给学生创造一个和谐轻松、自主发展的学习环境。
在教学中,强调学生身体参与,让学生用脑思考,用眼看,用耳朵听,用嘴说,用手做动作,用自己的身体去亲身经历,用心灵去感悟。所以,本课我运用了录音机等教学媒体。引导学生主动参与、亲身实践,独立思考,合作探究,培养学生听、说、读、写的能力、获取新知的能力,分析和解决问题的能力,以及交流与合作的能力,形成良好的情感、态度、价值观。

初中英语听说课学习策略目标达成度观课报告
窦老师在进行教学设计之前对学生学情做了具体的研究、调查,并针对学生听、说能力差,大都不具备有关听、说方面的一些学习策略。在本节课中,窦老师特地设计活动在这些方面予以引导、示范。
观课教师结合窦老师在本节课中重点培养学生的两个学习策略进行观察。“学习策略目标达成度”这一观察量表由李娟、陈新英、米轲老师负责记录,我们观课小组按照“教师行为”、“学习内容”、“学习活动”“活动时间”这四个维度,结合整个教学流程,从“学生借助图片、活动识记词汇、和运用词汇”,“通过师生、生生合作交流来学习、巩固和运用语言”等这些观察点来进行观察。对学生使用这些策略来学习的效果进行等级评价,评价的方法是观察法。
根据课堂观察记录分析,这节课中学习策略目标的预设和达成比较一致。通过学生课堂表现,观课老师认为学生能够较好的利用了这两个个学习策略完成了学习任务,下面是我们观察小组对这两个策略的使用效果进行详细的分析:
能通过利用图画等非语言信息和合作交流的方式来学习语言
窦老师在整个教学环节中,通过创设情境、设计任务等手段在6个环节中给学生提供了合作交流的机会。首先在话题导入环节,她以爸爸去哪儿幻灯片导入,带领学生欣赏,激发学生兴趣,畅谈自己的变化。由于话题贴近学生的生活实际,学生较为感兴趣,所以学生学的很投入很积极,参与度很高,该环节的学生合作学习效果可以评定为优秀。 在接下来的教学活动中,窦老师以“闯关活动”为主线,带领大家闯关。
在第一关中,窦老师首先让学生完成对于词汇的收集在小组内进行整理。然后一人一词自行进行设计,或用肢体动作或用英语解释英语展示出来,让其他同学去猜测,这种方式容易激发学生的好奇心,对单词的学习也就是纠正巩固的过程,引导学生在简单语境中掌握知识,整个过程自然、真实、流畅。
?二、通过师生、生生合作交流来学习、巩固和运用语言
?在接下来的目标语言学习过程中,窦老师向学生出示了学生比较感兴趣的当前的一些明星人物的童年和现在的图片。让学生去观察并讨论明星们现在和过去的变化。让这些学生做介绍。学生兴致勃勃。任务完成的很不错。该环节的学生学习效果可以评定为优秀
在第三关中,属于任务型教学环节,是语言综合运用阶段,学生在老师的引导下能从实际生活出发,自创场景,运用目标语言,编写对话。课堂气氛活跃,在展示阶段,大部分小组能够顺利完成任务,但由于时间有限,导致展示的小组太少。 鉴于以上观课分析得出,窦老师预设的这两个个学习策略都是合理有效的,最后大都能够顺利达成,这将在今后有助于促进学生综合语言运用能力的进一步提高。当然,窦老师提供的这两个学习策略不一定适合全体学生,没有针对各个不同层次的学生进行策略设计和培养,另外,策略的培养需要一个长期的过程,我们建议在一节课中,能够继续开展学习策略培养活动。

课后反思
课堂教学研究教材,教学活动中,听、说、读、写四个方面的训练相辅相成,互相促进,要进行全面训练,这就意味着每一课都要在这四个方面下功夫。语言首先是有声语言。口语是第一性的,书面语是口语的记录,是第二性的。培养听说能力,有助于巩固所学语言知识,提高四会能力。这一课,我安排了听、读、表演及对话的理解和翻译的环节,既巩固了知识,又提高了能力,使学生得到全面发展。
