学情分析：
初二学生的英语整体基础不是很好，尤其是听说，练习的很少，很大一部分学生由于怕出错而不张嘴，因此教师要尽可能多的设计可以鼓励学生开口讲英语的活动。
通过开学第一周的小测验，发现学生很多基础的知识点都忘记了，比如说主语是第三人称单数的时候，谓语动词变三单，如：He wants to watch a movie tonight；比如一些动词的用法，如：want,plan,like…放在句子中的时候，如He likes watching movies.这样情况下，教师更应把课堂放手给学生，让他们自己多讨论，一帮一多练习，组内多讨论创意的展示方式。
本单元的重点是娱乐方面的讨论交流，学生相对比较感兴趣，因此教师抓住学生心理，多多创设情境，让学生用英语体会中外文化的差异。
效果分析：
1.第一个环节是学生回顾曾学到过的所有的TV shows，通过brainstorm的活动充分调动学生的积极性，使他们快速进入到课堂活动中。并且学生通过回顾like, love, don’t mind, can’t stand等的几种情感态度，引入更多的形容词描述。
2.第二个环节是学生学习brainstorm之外的新的形容词，给学生提供学习新知识的机会，可以相应的扩充课外的描述词汇。
3.第三个环节的一帮一活动，可以帮助学生快速的熟练本节课的目标句型问答，提高口语水平，为后边的小组活动打下基础。
4.第四个环节的听力，学生对本节课的基本句型已经有了一定的了解，所以能够很好地提高学生的听力水平。
5.第五个环节的小组合作展示，有效提高学生的小组合作能力，并且能够体现学生创新能力等的综合素质。

二．学生活动的积极性很高，但是语言表达的不是特别到位，活动中也不是特别放得开，教师应在平时生活中多多鼓励学生养成讲英语，用英语简单的交流，多看课外阅读，听英文歌，看英文电影的小习惯。

课后反思：
一．学生在回顾所学过的TV shows以及What do they think of them的时候，大多是些课本上的知识，并没有带来新的课外补充，学生的知识面需要进一步扩展。
二．学生在听听力的时候，遇到带有复杂表格的题目，借助小短文填空思路会更加清晰。
三．学生的展示并没有达到预期的效果。原因之一是学生的词汇量有限，有很多想表达的东西表达不出来；原因二是学生表演英语总是放不开，怕出错，教师应多多鼓励。
课标分析：
一．通过对TV shows的回顾，使学生明白中外娱乐表达的差异，英语中的表达需要注意的地方。
二．通过对描述词的回顾与学习，给学生提供了解新词汇的机会，给他们互相分享，互相学习的机会，开阔他们的思路。
三．通过work in pairs，提高学生的口语水平，反复练习，体会与汉语表达的不同之处。
四．通过听力的听与说，锻炼学生的听说能力，使学生的口语交际能力得到进一步的提升。
五．通过work in groups，进一步提高学生的合作能力，充分发挥他们的创新思考能力，致力于将自己置身于英语的文化氛围中。
