学情分析:
初二学生的英语整体基础不是很好,尤其是听说,练习的很少,很大一部分学生由于怕出错而不张嘴,因此教师要尽可能多的设计可以鼓励学生开口讲英语的活动。
通过开学第一周的小测验,发现学生很多基础的知识点都忘记了,比如说主语是第三人称单数的时候,谓语动词变三单,如:He wants to watch a movie tonight;比如一些动词的用法,如:want,plan,like…放在句子中的时候,如He likes watching movies.这样情况下,教师更应把课堂放手给学生,让他们自己多讨论,一帮一多练习,组内多讨论创意的展示方式。
本单元的重点是娱乐方面的讨论交流,学生相对比较感兴趣,因此教师抓住学生心理,多多创设情境,让学生用英语体会中外文化的差异。
效果分析:
1.第一个环节是学生回顾曾学到过的所有的TV shows,通过brainstorm的活动充分调动学生的积极性,使他们快速进入到课堂活动中。并且学生通过回顾like, love, don’t mind, can’t stand等的几种情感态度,引入更多的形容词描述。
2.第二个环节是学生学习brainstorm之外的新的形容词,给学生提供学习新知识的机会,可以相应的扩充课外的描述词汇。
3.第三个环节的一帮一活动,可以帮助学生快速的熟练本节课的目标句型问答,提高口语水平,为后边的小组活动打下基础。
4.第四个环节的听力,学生对本节课的基本句型已经有了一定的了解,所以能够很好地提高学生的听力水平。
5.第五个环节的小组合作展示,有效提高学生的小组合作能力,并且能够体现学生创新能力等的综合素质。

教学过程:
1.导入:教师用一部动画片导入课堂,让学生guess what kind of TV show is it?先调动课堂氛围。
2.第一个环节是学生回顾曾学到过的所有的TV shows,通过brainstorm的活动充分调动学生的积极性,使他们快速进入到课堂活动中。并且学生通过回顾like, love, don’t mind, can’t stand等的几种情感态度,引入更多的形容词描述。
3.第二个环节是学生学习brainstorm之外的新的形容词,给学生提供学习新知识的机会,可以相应的扩充课外的描述词汇。

通过以上句型我们可以看出,本单元的重点知识是make plans and to do结构。
本单元知识的学习,能够很好地锻炼学生的口语表达能力,学生对娱乐的话题很感兴趣,教师应多组织活动,借机提高学生英语水平以及对英语的热爱。

二.学生活动的积极性很高,但是语言表达的不是特别到位,活动中也不是特别放得开,教师应在平时生活中多多鼓励学生养成讲英语,用英语简单的交流,多看课外阅读,听英文歌,看英文电影的小习惯。

课后反思:
一.学生在回顾所学过的TV shows以及What do they think of them的时候,大多是些课本上的知识,并没有带来新的课外补充,学生的知识面需要进一步扩展。
二.学生在听听力的时候,遇到带有复杂表格的题目,借助小短文填空思路会更加清晰。
三.学生的展示并没有达到预期的效果。原因之一是学生的词汇量有限,有很多想表达的东西表达不出来;原因二是学生表演英语总是放不开,怕出错,教师应多多鼓励。
课标分析:
一.通过对TV shows的回顾,使学生明白中外娱乐表达的差异,英语中的表达需要注意的地方。
二.通过对描述词的回顾与学习,给学生提供了解新词汇的机会,给他们互相分享,互相学习的机会,开阔他们的思路。
三.通过work in pairs,提高学生的口语水平,反复练习,体会与汉语表达的不同之处。
四.通过听力的听与说,锻炼学生的听说能力,使学生的口语交际能力得到进一步的提升。
五.通过work in groups,进一步提高学生的合作能力,充分发挥他们的创新思考能力,致力于将自己置身于英语的文化氛围中。
