第二节
I was about to give up hope when I saw a weak light in the distance. I felt a surge of hope and
started running towards it. As I got closer, I realized it was a small house. I knocked on the door,
hoping someone would answer. After a few moments, the door opened, and an old man
appeared. I explained my situation to him, and he kindly invited me inside.
The house owner welcomed me inside. He gave me some food and water, and I felt grateful for
his kindness. We sat by the fire and talked for a while. He told me that he lived alone in the
forest and knew the area well. He offered to show me the way out in the morning. I spent the
night at his house, feeling relieved and safe. The next day, he guided me out of the forest, and I
was able to return to the village. This experience taught me the importance of never giving up
hope in difficult situations.
