单元主题 意义 本单元主题为Teachers 。本单元的功能话题是围绕着教师的外貌、性格和所教学科而展开的。这是一个贴近学生校园生活的话题,内容有趣不陌生,能够吸引学生的兴趣,也是日常对话的话题之一。在相互谈论教师的外貌、性格和所教学科时,操练本单元的功能句型和词汇,培养学生灵活运用所学语言的能力。同时通过谈论话题懂得尊重师长,懂得要珍惜自己所得到的,懂得感恩。。
教学内容分析 1.来源&内容: 本单元来自人教版(新起点)五年级上册第二个单元,本单元的话题Teachers.本单元的主情境图为谈论学校各科老师及外貌特征,本单元呈现了重点句型: What’s he/she like What does he/she teach 及其答语。本单元还设置了辅音连缀br, cr, pr, gr和fr的发音规律的环节,并能够根据发音规律听音写出相应的单词。基于对教材的理解和对学生的学情分析,从单元整体教学思想的角度,从语义理解、语用功能的实现以及情感的推进来设计教学内容和过程。 2. 纵向知识关联: 功能:表达,介绍。 话题:外貌, 工作任务。 语言知识: 2AUnit 3 My friend—What does he/she look like —He/She is tall/ short …3BUnit 1 School SubjectsI like PE/Chinese/English/art/ …
3. 横向知识关联: 在二年级上册,学生已经学过关于询问人物外貌特征的句型及答语,三年级 下册学过一些有关学科的单词,并能够用简单的句子讨论有关的内容。因此教师要帮助学生将所学知识进行温故知新的指导,使得学生能结合本单元的内容来进行语言运用,提高思维和表达的能力。 4. 单元探究设计:
学情分析 1.年龄特征: 本单元的教授对象为五年级的学生,他们聪明活泼、勤奋好学,英语基础较好,他们对英语感到好奇,而且都有着十分浓厚的兴趣。经过两年多的英语学习,学生已经逐渐形成了良好的英语语感,能进行简单的英语表达,喜欢歌谣和对话表演,大部分学生具备初步阅读并获取关键信息的能力。 2.知识储备: 他们已经掌握了一些关于外貌特征的形容词及句型,也掌握了一些有关学科的名词。本单元继续围绕着教师的外貌、性格和所教学科为话题来展开,对学生来说既有趣又简单。
3.能力水平: 五年级的学生已具备能够正确听说的能力,模仿能力也相对低年级来说有水平有所提高。
单元目标 在本单元教学结束之际,学生能: 1. 能听、说、读、写核心词汇wear glasses, slim, curly, straight, nice, young, teach, guess, has. 2. 能在语境中使用句型What’s he/she like 来询问他人外貌特点及其答语: He/She is …熟练使用句型What does he/she teach 来询问所教学科及其答语: He/She is … 4. 能在语境中运用合适的句型和同伴进行对话练习。 4. 能读懂故事Story time,并能复述和表演故事情节。 5. 能够借助熟悉的旧单词和图片感知辅音连缀br, cr, pr, gr和fr的发音规律,并利用该规律拼出新单词的读音,进而尝试记住其写法。 6. 能够懂得尊重师长,懂得要珍惜自己所得到的,懂得感恩。
第五课时教学设计
一、语篇研读
What: 该语篇为文本阅读和游戏活动,标题为I can read and write. 主要内容是了解加拿大学校的一些情况,同时完成一系列的游戏比赛。
Why: 教学的最终目标教学的最终目标是育人,本语篇的交际目的是请学生了解更多国外学校和中国学校的相同之处和不同之处,传递的主题意义是使学生思考活动的意义,引导学生树立正确的价值观和积极乐观向上的生活态度。通时在游戏比赛过程中懂得竞争的意义,培养团队意识。
How: 语篇是一篇阅读文本,使同学接触更多有意义的事物,语篇中还涉及了写作方面的要求,培养学生组织语言运用语言的能力。
二、教学目标
通过本课学习,学生能够:
1. 能够借助图片读懂有关加拿大学校的小故事,并模仿范例进行小制作。
2. 学唱与本单元话题相关的歌曲。
3. 在比赛活动中,复习本单元重点句型和词汇。能正确熟练使用句型进行对话练习,完成各项游戏比赛。(学习理解)
4. 在听、读、写的活动中,获取和梳理信息,并熟练使的核心语言进行对话练习,并会对其中的语言、行为以及同伴的表现进行多角度评价;(应用实践)
5. 在小组内进行真实语境的创设,能向同学进行正确的提问,并能流利得进行回答,形成积极的学习态度。(迁移创新)

应用实践 在动手的过程中呈现核心词汇在真实语境中的运用。 今天,我们在Miss Wu的带领下进行一场比赛,比赛规则如下: 全班分为 Team 1和Team 2。参与每项活动时,每组轮流派出同学参与,正确者,所在小组加分。 比赛项目有六项: Task1:Let’s play.(摘果果) Task2:Listen, choose and write. Task3:Read and fill in thechart. Task4: Let’s talk. Task5: Let’s write. 通过创设情境,引出新内容,并将学生的注意力迅速转移到课堂上来。 1. Let’s play. 该项比赛是第一项,“摘果果”,每组轮流读单词。 读对者,该小组加分。 教师注意随时发现问题并解决问题。 2. Listen, choose and write. 教师播放听力,指导学生听,并准确获取关键信息。 两组学生轮流说答案,正确者,小组加分。 再次展示听力原文,同时播放短文听力。 教师指导学生正确读对话。 3. Read and fill in the chart. 规定时间内学生看图并阅读文段,同时写出正确答案。 两组学生轮流说答案,正确者,小组加分。 4. Let’s talk. 仿照两人的对话形式,每组每次派两人参加比赛,根据这些问题谈论Albert和自己最喜欢的老师。 每轮表现优秀的小组加分。 5.
