In fact, I used to be afraid of giving speeches in public becauseof my shyness. But now I dare to speak in front of crowds. Besides, my lifestyle has changed a lot. In the past, I used to eat lots of junk food.
The biggest change in my life was the great progress of my English. In the past, I didn' t use to like English. And I used to play computer games every day.
