S: egg, ice cream, hot dog, cake, sweet, pie. S: Yes. S: Snack Bar. S: At the Snack Bar. S:Mike, Helen,and father. 通过三年级学过的chant作为热身,活跃课堂氛围,同时通过chant引出头脑风暴,激发学生思维,既复习了已经学过的小吃及水果类单词,又引出本课主题。
While-task procedure Step2. Learn and talk 1. Let’s learn T: We would like to order something to eat and drink. Look, here is a menu of the snack bar. (出示菜单) T: I’d like a hamburger and a glass of juice. T: What would you like 依次进行单词教学 Teach: hamburger, a hamburger sandwich, a sandwich noodles, some noodles milk, a glass of milk coffee, a cup of coffee (要注意引导学生区分a, some, a glass of, a cup of的用法) T: Ok. We know some kinds of food, can you ask your partner what would he or she like Work in pairs. And do the dialogue. 2.小组对话熟练新单词 3.处理文本信息 T:I know what you would like But what would our friends like 1)Listen and tick T: Look, they are ordering food. Listen and tick what food do they order Now let’s listen. (播放课文录音,学生在练习纸上打钩) T: Let’s check it together. Reading time T: Now it’s your show time. Four in a group and choose a way you like to read the story. You can read in roles, read after one or read together. Practise by yourselves. S1: Anything else S2: Here you are. 在对话中巩固单词,同时又为课文中点餐的学习做铺垫。 学生自己通过听来发现信息,特别是刚刚新授的单词,培养听力中寻找信息的能力,并对课文有初步了解。 然后以看动画的直观方式,验证自己刚刚听到的答案,并且寻找这些食物该给谁,从动画中获取答案。让学生以句子的形式输出信息。 在对课文有一定理解的基础上,采用默读的形式,让学生划出信息,有助于集中学生注意力,培养学生的自学能力;同时将如何询问别人想要什么及如何点餐的句子进行总结,并将学生生成的其他资源呈现在黑板上。 在单词和句型基本掌握的基础上,再次回到语篇,让学生模仿录音跟读,注意语音语调,为培养学生的语感打下基础;并整班朗读,全体参与。 放手让学生小组内自由选择读,既考虑到不同层次学生的自主性,又培养了学生小组合作学习的意识.
Post-task activities 1. Let’s show 1) T: Now many people want to order. The waitress says “ I’m very busy. I need some waiters or waitresses. Can you help me ” 2) Four in a group, one is the waiter or waitress, the others are customers. Practise the dialogue first. You can use the sentences on the blackboard. 3) 师生示范 A: Good morning. We***e to our snack bar. What would you like B: I'd like... A: What about you C:...,please. A: Anything else B/C:...,please./No,thank you. A: Here you are. B&C: Thank you! A: Goodbye. BC: Goodbye! 4)Introduce healthy food and junk food. T: Eat well, eat healthy. S: Sure. 话题表达, 培养学生的综合语言运用能力。 情感提升,给学生传达合理饮食,健康饮食的理念。
Homework assignment Step 4. Homework 1. Listen, read and imitate the story. 2. Invite your friends to enjoy the food at the weekends. Try to use the sentences we learned today. 两个层次的作业,分别训练学生听、读、说的能力。并为第二课时Fun time的学习搜集资源。
