Anger is a kind of feeling. Many things can make you angry. When your teacher gives you too much homework, when a friend borrows your favorite thing and then breaks it, when your team loses an important game, you may get really angry.
Usually, your body will tell you when you are angry. For example, you breathe(呼吸) faster, your face turns red, and you may want to break something or hit(打) someone, but sometimes you hide your anger. For example, you are really angry, but you may keep it to yourself. The worst thing is to do nothing but keep quiet. The problem is that if you do this, you may get a headache or your stomach may get hurt.
In fact, it's normal for you to get angry sometimes. But anger must be let out in the right way. When you get angry, you can talk about it with other people and share your problems with them, such as your parents, a teacher, etc.

根据短文内容,从短文后的选项中选出适当的选项补全短文。选项中有一项为多余选项。
Everyone has worries, but what do you do with your worries Whether your worries are big or small, you can take three steps to deal with them.
21
The first step is to find out what you' re worried about. Sometimes you know it, but sometimes you might not. 22 So remember that you must try to find out the causes before you start to deal with them even though it might not be so easy.
23
There is always something you can do to help you feel less worried. Sitting there worrying is no fun and it won't solve your problem.
Grades at school are often a top worry for students. If you' re worried about grades, ask yourself these questions: How do I get ready for class Do I review my notes even when there isn't a test Do I have a good place to do my homework Have I tried different ways of studying
If your worry is about a fight you had with a friend, you might write down all the things you could do: write a note to him or her, invite him or her to a basketball game, say sorry to him or her, etc. 24
Ask for help.
25 You can ask your parents, friends, or teachers for help. They will help you analyze(分析) your problems carefully and solve them easily.
A. If you can't make sure what your worries are, you will have more and more new problems in your life.
B. When you are worried, you need to find someone to communicate with.
C. Think of ways to make it better.
D. Once you have a list of things you could do, you can choose the one that gets your friend back.

Dear John,
It's normal for everyone to have problems and worries. But I think talking to someone helps a lot.
Firstly, if you have problems with schoolwork or life, you should talk to your classmates, teachers or parents. Sharing a problem is like cutting it in half. So you are halfway to solving a problem just by talking to someone about it! Secondly, listening to music or taking part in outdoor activities is another way to help you get relaxed. Last, it's best to smile at yourself and never keep problems to yourself,
Please remember you are not alone. I believe we can overcome them in the end.
Yours,
Tom
