教材分析
本单元的中心话题是谈论天气,以及继续运用现在进行时态来描述人们的即时活动。本节课的教学重点是how引导的询问天气的特殊疑问句,描述天气状况的形容词,还有与天气相关的人们相应的即时活动。涉及的文化背景知识主要有世界各地的气候差异,谈论天气是顺利进行交际的一个交际策略。
学情分析
本班是年级的实验班,整体学习成绩较好,但在英语学习上存在两极分化现象。最高分90多分,最低分60几分。(上期末成绩)学生有学习愿望,态度好,规矩好,能够积极参与课堂活动。但有时表达不够自信,主要原因在于基础知识,尤其是对一些细节知识的掌握不牢固,造成他们口头和书面表达中常出错。
教学目标
通过本节课的学习,学生将能够:
①准确说出描述天气的5个形容词
②用所学形容词来谈论天气情况
③谈论不同天气下人们正在做的事情,感受天气对人们生活的影响
教学难点

解决方法
本节课的难点是学生在描述人们即时活动时,现在进行时中助动词be和动词-ing的正确使用。老师将通过设置多种活动,如结对口语操练,小组合作学习的形式解决。
