第五课时
教学目标
1. 认知目标:能听懂并且会读本课的内容。能读、写、说出和听懂下面词汇:scarf, cap, sit, wait, maybe, really. 能说出和听懂Jenny buys a scarf for her mother, some tea for her father, a kite for her sister and a cap for her brother. They sit and wait.等句子。
  2. 能力目标:能用所学句型写出一段话,描述为家人购买什么礼物。
3. 情感目标:通过本课学习,使学生懂得外出旅行购买礼物给家人、朋友是一件快事。

Step 1: Warm-up
师生之间互相打招呼问好并自由对话(Free talk)营造上英语课的氛围,让学生进入学习英语的状态:Hello! Nice to meet you. How are you today? How’s the weather today? What day is today? How’s the weather today? Are you happy today?
Sept 2: Presentation
1.谈话导入:Last week, Jenny, Danny and Li Ming went to the Tian’anmen Square, the Palace Museum and the Great Wall. Today, they are going shopping. Where are they going? 出示王府井的图片,问:What’s this? 答:Wangfujing Street. Let’s go and have a look.引出新课:This class, we will study Lesson 11《Shopping in Beijing》.出示课题,领读课题。
2.细读短文回答问题。(在原文中圈出答案)
a. Does Danny go shopping?
b. What does Jenny buy?
c. Is Danny busy?
d. What does Danny buy?
学生细读短文,小组讨论,在原文中圈出答案,然后共同解答。
3.解答:a. Does Danny go shopping? 学生说一说,在原文中找出有关问题的那句话,课件出示:Danny’s tail hurts, but he loves shopping. 因此:He goes shopping. 出示答案:Yes, he does.
4.解答:b. What does Jenny buy? 学生在原文中圈出答案,说一说。然后课件出示这4中物品的图片,教学a scarf, some tea, a kite, a cap. 学生读一读这些单词,注意单词的发音。
小组内说一说,比一比谁说的好。
再仔细读这一段,这些物品分别是买给谁的,然后完成连线题。


5.解答:c. Is Danny busy? 学生在原文中找到相关的句子,课件出示:Danny is so busy. He looks in fifteen shops. 学生读一读,然后出示答案:Yes,he is. What about Jenny, Li Ming and Mrs. Li?学生找一找,然后读一读. 课件出示:Jenny, Li Ming and Mrs. Li sit down.
They sit and wait. 教学:sit, wait. 学生体验一下:sit and wait,说一说此时的心情如何。
6.解答:d. What does Danny buy? 学生先说一说答案,然后出示熊猫毛绒玩具的图片,一张比较大的图片,体会a big panda. 然后出示答案:He buys a big panda. 学生想象一下,自己买了一个这么大的毛绒玩具,需要抱着回家,边做抱玩具的动作,边说I buy a big panda.

1. Listen to the tape, and point to the sentences.
2. Read the text with the tape.
Step 4 趣味操练 (Practice)
1. Let’s say. 小组说一说,自己外出旅游,为家人带礼物,分别为他们选择哪些礼物。
