Step 1: Greetings and lead in
Ask Ss what they usually do on weekends.
Ask what they are doing now. They are having an English class.
Step 2: Let’s watch
Watch a video and let Ss answer:
What are these people doing now? (eat KFC, drink, etc.)
Ask when they usually go to eat KFC and where they eat it.
Ask what they like to drink every day.
Teach the word “tomorrow” and the phrases “eat out” and “drink tea” here
Step 3: Let’s guess
Use the structure: Is he/she doing…? Are they doing…? to guess the activities people are doing.
Step 4: Let’s listen
Let Ss listen to the conversation and tell what Jenny and Laura are doing.
