教材分析 The unit is focused on practicing the students’ listening and speaking ability, the vocabulary as well as the sentence structure, it is hard for the students to grasp. It mainly focus on how to give advice.
教学目标 To understand the dialogue about giving advice.To be able to talk about the problems in learning English.
教学重点 Key points: translate, correct, grammar, pronunciation, spelling, try to do, Why don’t you… How about…
设计思路 Encourage the students to talk with each other about their problems of learning English.Task-based acting out is a better way for students to practice speaking.

教学流程 情景导入 Free talkLet them ask and answer some questions.Tell them the importance of learning English and how to learn English. 1. Do you enjoy learning English 2. Why do you learn English 3. Do you think English is useful ...Act out. 利用对话轻松导入,因为我们正在学习英语,符合本节课的情境,顺着这个话题就可以激发学生学习兴趣。
Listening Ask them to put on their earphone and listen then answer the questions.Ask them to listen until they can get the answer. Or listen again and again. Put on the earphones and listen to the conversation and answer four questions.Check the answers in groups or then together. 本部分的听为下面的说做铺垫,通过听别人的“问题”去发现自己学习英语中存在的问题。
Listening Ask them to watch a short video about the conversation, then answer a question. Watch and listen carefully, answer the question. 通过观看小视频,可以对本节课的对话有一个初步的了解,设置一个每个人都能回答的简单问题,激发他们的学习热情。
Reading Ask them to read the conversation and check the true sentences. Read it by themselves, finish the exercises and check the answers in groups. 初步感知对话完成判断正误练习。听并跟着读对话,同时可以纠正发音,一举两得。
Reading Ask Ss to Read again and underline the sentences on giving advice.Summarize the structure of how to give advice. Read the conversation and underline them by themselves and check them in groups. 再读课文,划出对话中提建议的句子。总结出提建议的常见句型。为下面的小组合作做好准备。

教学反思 本节课主要话题是如何学好英语,贴近学生现实生活,学生对此话题比较感兴趣,课堂气氛较活跃。但由于本课的生词较多,所以学生在朗读时,出现了个别发音不正确的单词。课程设计方面:整体顺畅,层层递进,突破了重难点。教师方面:指令要明确。
