同位语从句
定义:
在复合句中作某一名词尤其是抽象名词的同位语(一般位于该名词之后,解释说明该名词的具体内容)的从句叫同位语从句。
常见的跟同位语从句的名词:
answer, conclusion, evidence, explanation, fact, hope, idea, information, news, truth, suggestion, problem等抽象名词。
同位语从句例句
1. We had better accept his suggestion that we (should) start right now.
2. He told me the news that he passed the exam.
3. The question whether we should invite a specialist depends on you.
4. The question who will take his place is still not clear.
1. He offers her a suggestion that she ______________ (finish) our homework in time.

名词suggestion,order,demand,command,proposal 等后的同位语从句要使用虚拟语气,即 should + do,should 可以省略。
同位语从句注意事项

doubt后的同位语从句
定义:同位语从句是对某一名词进行进一步解释或补充说明;而定语从句是对先行词起修饰或限定的作用。

名词性从句需要使用陈述语序,不能用疑问句语序。
