First, we need to mix the flour with water. When the dough is ready, we can begin to make dumpling wrappers. We use the rolling pin(擀面杖) to roll the dough into small, thin and round pieces, so that they will be easy to cook.
The second step is to prepare the filling. You usually choose whatever you like to put into it. You must cut up those things into small pieces. Then put some salt, oil and other condiments(调味料) into it, and stir it for a few minutes.
Lastly, when all these preparations are done, we can begin making dumplings. We put a spoonful of the filling in the center of the wrapper, and then stick the two opposite sides together. It's OK. Then, you can cook dumplings.

A cheetah is also made to be a great hunter. It has sharp eyesight. A cheetah can see other animals up to three miles away. Good eyesight helps the cheetah find its food so it can plan an attack. A cheetah's coat is also very useful. The coat is light brown with black spots. It allows a cheetah to hide in the tall and brown grass in Africa. Other animals do not see it hiding, so a cheetah can get close to rabbits, birds, and other animals quietly.
Today the cheetah is in danger. Parts of Africa are being turned into farms. This change forces the cheetah and other animals to find new places to live, which is not always easy. Cheetahs are also being hunted by other animals such as lions and hyenas. However, zookeepers and wildlife experts are trying to save the cheetah. Maybe with their help, cheetahs will grow larger in number.
