I made up my mind to adpat my lifestyle, and prevented the unhealthy habit dominating my life.Not only did I have a balanced diet, but also actively took part in exercise.Aside from consuming vegetables, I would take a walk for at least 30 minutes every day.Running and playing ball games were the things that I thought of doing.
The results have been fantastic.I feel more dynamic and stronger than ever, both in body and mind.I get refreshed through changes, which enhances the quality of my life.
