教材分析 本课时是译林版英语八年级下册第一单元的第一个课时: Comic strip and welcome to the unit .通过本课一系列的知识和技能的学习,培养热爱祖国,加强环保意识。
学情分析 八年级的学生已经掌握了一定的英语词汇和句型,特别就本课内容贴近学生生活实际。所长开展一系列的活动比较容易。
教学目标 语言知识目标 1、To learn the new words : plant ,dig, serious, yummy, reduce, pollution , waste, recycle ect. 2、To learn some important expressions: Will more trees be planted this year Trees are good for us. What should we do to live a green life, class We should ..... 3、To know the ways of how to live a green life.
语言技能目标 1、Ss can master the words and useful expression in this class. 2、Ss can make up their new dialogues using the new language points in this lesson. And know more ways to live a green life.
情感态度目标 1、To get the students to know the importance of protecting the environment and how to live a green life. 2、To develop the students’ value of “Love our mother land, love our earth.”
教学重点 Words and expressions in this lessen. Talk about the ways to live a green life. Using “I think we can/should….”to give suggestions of ways to live a green life .
教学难点 Group work of talking bout the ways to live a green life.

1’ Step 1 Warm up Greet the Ss and ask them to enjoy a small song Listen to the sons 缓解学生紧张的情绪,营造一个轻松的学习氛围。
3’ Step 2 Lead in 1.Play a small video about the green mountains and clean rivers of our country to lead in new lesson. 2.And then ask the Ss to think about what our president Xi had said about them. Watch and think carefully. Answer“Green mountains and green rivers are just golden and sever mountains” 通过导入与本课紧密相关的视频,极大地吸引了学生的注意力,激发他们的学习兴趣,为后面的环节作好铺垫。
Step 3 Presentation Show pictures to learn new words and expressions of Part B Ask the Ss to finish part A Check with the whole class. Learn the new words and expressions after the teacher. Do part A Check the answers. 利用part A的图片来呈现学习新单词和句型,让学习在句型中学习和巩固单词,为开展小组活动做好准备。
Step 4 Practice Task 1 Pair –work Ask the Ss to do a “Pair-work”of Part A like this; A: How can we live a green life B: We can… Ss do pair-work in pair of tow 进一步巩固新句型 培养学生的合作精神。
Step 5 Listening Task 2 Listen and answer. Play the tape for the Ss of B ask them some questions. Listen and find out the answers. 通过听力训练进一步强化新知。
Step 6 Group work Task 3 Make up new conversation after the model of part B Ask the Ss to make up new dialogues Ss discuss and make up new dialogues in groups 通过小组讨论并完成新对话,来巩固知识,
