Hot pot is very popular in China. People put a metal pot in the middle of the dining table, while the water in the pot is boiling, ingredients(配料)are put into it and cook on the table. Hot pot dishes are usually thinly sliced(刨切)beef, pork, chicken, lamb, leaf vegetables, tofu and seafood. Many Chinese people like eating hot pot. Liu Yang is one of them.
