Huanglong, China:
Located in the north of Sichuan, Huanglong is a historic and scenic area widely known for its colourful pools, hot springs, valleys, waterfalls, snow-capped peaks and diverse(不同的,各式各样的) forest. The area also has a population of endangered animals, including the giant panda and the Sichuan golden snub-nosed monkey(金丝猴).

Iguazú Falls,
Argentina and Brazil:
They feature(以···为特点) over 275 individual falls that thunder into the Iguazu River. Special walkways(通道) have been built around the Iguazu Falls to allow visitors to get close up to this wonder of their natural beauty and power.
Mount Kilimanjaro, Tanzania:
Located in north-east Tanzania, Mount Kilimanjaro is the highest mountain in Africa and the world’s tallest free standing mountain, about 5,895m above sea level. The mountain has been the subject of many scientific studies because of its shrinking(缩水的) glaciers and disappearing ice fields.

Uluru, Australia:
Uluru is a large sandstone rock formation in southwestern Northern Territory, central Australia. Uluru is sacred to the Aboriginal people of the area. The area around the formation is home to an abundance of(大量的) springs, waterholes, rock caves and ancient paintings.

武陵源风景名胜区
Wulingyuan Scenic and Historic Interest Area , lying to the north of Zhangjiajie City, is a charming tourist attraction. It is one of the 40 famous scenic spots in China. It was admitted to the 'World Heritage List' in 1992.
Jiuzhaigou Valley 九寨沟风景名胜区
Jiuzhaigou Valley, located in the north of Sichuan province, China, is the world heritage site and national park, also called Jiuzhaigou Natural Reserve. Jiuzhaigou features the awesome sceneries of multi-level waterfalls, crystal waters and colorful lakes. Travel in different season, the water in Jiuzhaigou will present various color patterns of white, blue, green, turquoise(蓝绿色的) and emerald(翠绿色的).

As the national treasure in China, Giant Panda is not just welcomed in China, but also in the whole world. Though, pandas can be seen in many places, Sichuan containing more than 30% of the world's pandas gets most attractions. In 2006, Sichuan Giant Panda Sanctuaries was list as world natural heritage.
Kunming Stone Forest - UNESCO Heritage of Karst Miracle

As a World Heritage Site, Stone Forest has the most unique karst landform in the world. It's a geographical miracle and a giant precious art gallery of natural stone landscape.

The most significant feature of the 1972 World Heritage Convention is that it links together in a single document the concepts of nature conservation and the preservation of cultural properties. The Convention recognizes the way in which people interact with nature, and the fundamental need to preserve the balance between the two.
