There is no doubt that growth is impossible without changes.As for me,my life has changed a lot in the past few years.For example,I used to be short and fat when I entered the middle school,but I’m much taller and thinner now.In the past,I used to be so shy that I felt nervous when I answered the teachers’ questions. Now, I’m more outgoing and confident. I study harder than before and I get better grades in all subjects.
Among all the changes,the most important change is that I become more confident than before.That is due to my English teacher.When I was in Grade 7,there was a speech contest.My English teacher asked me to take part in the contest.I was so shy that I didn’t have confidence to do it.But my English teacher believed me and encouraged me to take part in the contest. She also helped me to practice the speech again and again.At last.I got the first prize in the contest.From then on I became more and more confident.
From my experience,I have learned that changes can be made by ourselves. And I think my changes help me improve a lot. Also, I do believe that I’ll be better and better in the future.
