英语中常用 and、but、so 等并列连词连接两个句子，表示上下文不同的逻辑关系。其中 and 表示并列关系，but 表示转折关系，so 表示因果关系。
on foot 意为“步行”；“by + 交通工具”意为“乘坐某种交通工具”。
