如何解决无法看到他人视频的问题
有大量用户反映无法看到他人视频，经检查，
有很大一部分原因是用户的操作系统没有正确的视频压缩和解压缩的驱动
系统的视频数据采用H263的压缩方式，关键驱动文件是 MSH263.DRV
目前已经发现的解决办法如下:
Window98操作系统下的操作办法:
1. 下载文件h263.zip压缩包文件, 并解
2. 关闭所有的浏览器
3. 将压缩包中win98目录下的 MSH263.DRV 复制到win98的系统目录下，一般是 c:\windows\system 目录下, 请注意，有些机器安装时的系统目录不是设在 c:\windows
4. 运行压缩包中win98目录下的 h263win98.reg 注册表文件, 最好先备份注册表
5. 编辑系统 windows\system.ini文件，位置在[drivers32]之后增加 VIDC.M263=msh263.drv
6. 重新启动计算机
Win2000或者WindowXP系统下的操作办法:
1. 下载文件h263.zip压缩包文件, 并解压.
