Skimming Ask students to read the passage quickly and answer the following questions: Who is the main character of the passage What was Wei Fen's attitude towards English last year Check the answers with the students. 2. Scanning Ask students to read the passage carefully again and complete the following table: Problems Solutions Results The teacher spoke too fast. Watched English movies.
