They’re WH question, we should use falling tone. 同样的句子，语调不同，意思就会不同，就会给听的人带来不同的感觉。本部分主要学习降调在句中的用法。降调一般用于陈述句、祈使句和特殊疑问句。（wh-questions属于特殊疑问句，所以用降调）
