Unit 5 Sports Lesson 3 We had a football match.
教学目标:
通过本课时学习,学生能够:
1.在看、听、说的活动中,获取、梳理信息,了解一班和二班昨天进行足球比赛的事情。(学习理解)
2.在教师的帮助下,根据板书,小组合作复述课文。(应用实践)
3.简要评价课文主人公的态度和行为。(迁移创新)
4.了解一般过去时以及动词过去式,利用动词过去式来叙述过去发生的事情。(应用实践)完成课时目标所需的核心语言如下:
【核心词语】last, got, passed, shot, won, easy
【核心句型】They played well. It was not easy to win the match. Li Ming passed the ball to Danny. Danny got the ball and shot with his tail. Class Two won the match.
教学重难点:
利用一般过去时叙述过去发生的事情以及动词过去式的认读,使用学生学习效果测评工具和方法
学生课前活动设计:
复习单元第一课和第二课,回顾李明学校有哪些俱乐部?他们都参加了什么俱乐部?学校进行了什么比赛?学生课后活动设计:阅读更多有关运动的绘本故事。
教学过程:
Before reading
1. Review Lesson 1 and Lesson 2
1) 老师 PPT展示单元框架图,师生共同复习 Sports clubs 出示第一课图片,提出如下问题
What match did they have
What classes had the match
Which class won
学生活动预设:
They had a basketball match.
Class One and Class Two
Class Two won the match.

【设计意图】对于单元知识的建构可以帮助学生在单元框架中去学习,而将单元育人目标和预期的学生核心素养综合表现融入单元各课时教学目标中,为学生开展整合性学习,发展语言能力、文化意识、思维品质和学习能力奠定基础。
2)出示本课的图片,提出问题 What match did they have yesterday

学生活动预设:What classes had the match

【设计意图】让生提问的方式可以引发学生对文本的兴趣,期待,更加符合学生的认知规律。
2)看第一遍视频解决问题
What classes had the football match
Which class won
学生活动预设:
Class One had a football match with Class Two.
Class Two won the match.
【设计意图】整体看视频,回答两个关键问题,可以让学生对于故事的大意有整体了解,更好的进入后面的学习。
3)从 beginning和 end入手,引出故事山,利用故事山建构故事板书
beginning—Class One had Class Two
end— Class Two won
4)建构故事的 rising并板书Was it easy to win the match 学习词汇 easy
Why was it not easy to win the match 读第二段,划出问题答案。学生活动预设:They played well. Class One played well two. It was not easy to win the match.板书 played well, not easy to win,生齐读本段。
5)建构故事的 climax并板书出示分数牌 Look at the score, it’s nil to nil. We can say Class One and Class Two are neck to neck. Look at the score now. It’s nil to one. Who scored
学生活动预设:Danny.出示问题:How did Danny score Or how did Class Two win the match It happened at the last minute. Let’s enjoy it together.
师生先共同观看精彩的进球时刻。然后出示问题,小组认真读第三段,完成填空。At the last minute, Li Ming passed the ball to Danny. Danny got the ball and shot with his tail. 学习词汇 last, passed, got, shot
生个人读本段,并上台拖动动词过去式,复述高潮环节。
6)建构故事的 falling提问:Did the ball get in Listen!让生听欢呼声并及时出示 What a goal!猜测其意思。并欣赏进球精彩合集。
【设计意图】
故事山的建构,将故事的开端,发展,高潮和结局清楚地呈现在黑板上,学生更加清楚故事的脉络,在此过程中进行重点词句,阅读技巧和策略的学习,使得整个学习过程紧凑,清晰又突出重难点。
7)提出问题 Can Danny score by himself 引导生回答 Work together. PPT展示 Class Two在欢呼图片,引导生答:They were very excited.
提出问题:Class Two won the match. What do you want to say to them
学生活动预设:Class Two won the game, they work together. You are great/good/wonderful.
继续提问:What about Class One Were they happy What do you want to say
预设:Don’t be sad, try again. Come on!
【设计意图】文本中 Danny进球离不开团队的合作,由此对学生进行德育渗透,让学生明白做任何事情,团队合作是非常重要的,并且在接下来的课堂中一直强
8)讲授故事发生在昨天,叙述过去发生的事情要用一般过去时,并让生上台圈出课文中出现的动词过去式。

3)出示问题:The story told us...
预设:Work together! Don’t kick. Obey the rules.
【设计意图】拓展阅读一个有关足球比赛的故事,因此,在本课的拓展延伸部分,设计的是让学生进一步了解一般过去时态以及动词的过去式。还可以训练学生们的阅读能力以及交流表达能力,让学生的核心素养得到进一步的提升。
