教学重点: 1. How students better understand the vocabulary that theyhave learnt in this unit through contexts; 2. How students can consolidate the grammar—ing form through organizing new sentences.
教学难点: 1. How to get more familiar with Lake Baikal by watching a video;
2. Think critically about the benefits of travelling around.

Vocabulary Activity1: ask students to review the sentences with the words in the unit. Words are vast, remote, fascinating, territory, bless accompany, appeal to To consolidate and check what students have learnt in this unit when it comes to vocabulary. Students are able to Chinese meaning of these words quickly and correctly. 5mins.
Activity2: Read the passage and fill in the blanks with the correct forms of the words. To consolidate and check the application of the different forms of specific words and get to know Lake Baikal Students are able to choose the correct words and use the different forms precisely. 5mins.
Thinking Activity3 enjoy a video about Lake Baikal Help students learn more about this amazing lake Students are interested in the video. 5mins
