As we all know, good health enables us to enjoy life's experiences to the fullest. But obesity, stress and lack of sleep are the biggest enemies of health. Here are some habits to help you keep healthy.
First,get off the sofa and walk at least 10,000 steps every day. The number sounds scary, but it's easy to achieve. We can make use of the time on the way to and back from school. After walking, we will have a fresher mind. Meanwhile, stop eating oily and sweet food. It will make you put on more weight and it's harmful to your heart. The most important part is to have 8 hours' sleep, because our body needs a good rest and our energy can recover during the sleep. Then, be positive to cancel out stress.
