动词不定式
动词不定式由"to+动词原形"构成(在某些情况下可以省略to),其否定形式为
"not+动词不定式"。
知识点1 动词不定式的时态和语态形式
动词不定式没有人称和数的变化,但仍保留动词的部分特征,有时态和语态的变
化。具体形式如下表所示(以do为例):

知识点2 动词不定式的句法功能
动词不定式具有名词、形容词和副词的特征,在句中可以作主语、表语、宾语、
定语、状语和宾语补足语等多种成分。
1.作主语
(1)动词不定式作主语时,在很多情况下都可以用动词-ing替代,但表示某些具体
情况,或在某些固定说法中,通常不用动词-ing替代。
(2)单个的动词不定式作主语,谓语动词用单数形式。
(3)若动词不定式太长,则往往用it作形式主语,动词不定式后置,以使句子结构平衡。
To err is human.[谚]金无足赤,人无完人。/人非圣贤,孰能无过。
To finish this job in one day is impossible.要在一天之内完成这项工作是不可能的。
(表示某次具体的情况)

当主语部分含有实义动词do的某种形式时,可以省略动词不定式符号to。

(2)在一些动词后既可以加to do形式作宾语,也可以加动词-ing作宾语,但意义不
同。如:
forget/remember to do sth. 忘记/记得要做某事
forget/remember doing sth. 忘记/记得做过某事
regret to do sth. 遗憾地做某事
regret doing sth. 后悔做过某事
mean to do sth. 打算做某事
mean doing sth. 意味着做某事
(3)用于"动词+it+adj./n.+动词不定式"结构中,其中it为形式宾语,动词不定式为真
正的宾语。能用于该结构的动词有feel、find、think、believe、consider、make等。

(2)动词不定式中的动词与被修饰词之间的关系
①动宾关系
动词不定式既可以用主动形式,也可用被动形式,这取决于动词不定式所表示的动
作是否是由句子的主语发出的。试比较:
Do you have anything to send 你有什么东西要寄吗?(动词不定式to send所表示
的动作的执行者是主语"you")
Do you have anything to be sent 你有什么东西要(我或别人)寄吗?(动词不定
式to be sent所表示的动作的执行者不是主语,而是"我"或"别人")
如果动词不定式中的动词是不及物动词,其后应有介词,与被修饰的中心词构
成动宾关系。
The Browns have a comfortable house to live in.布朗一家有一所舒适的房子住。
②主谓关系
被修饰词是动词不定式中的动词的逻辑主语时,动词不定式相当于关系代词作主语的
定语从句。
We need someone to help with the work.=We need someone that can help with the
work.我们需要有人来帮忙做这项工作。
In our school she is the only student to attend the important meeting.=In our
school she is the only student that is to attend the important meeting.她是我们学校
唯一一名要去参加这次重要会议的学生。
③同位关系
动词不定式说明被修饰的词语的内容。
There is no need to worry about tomorrow; what you need to do is make the most
of today.没有必要担心明天,你需要做的是充分利用今天。

5.作状语
动词不定式可用作目的状语、原因状语、结果状语等。
(1)作目的状语
动词不定式作目的状语时,其所表示的动作发生在谓语动词所表示的动作之后,一
般放在句子后部,表示强调,也可位于句首;其前可加in order和so as,但加so as
时不能放在句首。
I came here to say goodbye to you.我来这儿是为了向你告别。
He ran fast all the way so as to/in order to catch the first bus.他一路快速奔跑以
便赶上第一班公共汽车。
In order to pass the exam, he studied hard till midnight.为了通过考试,他努力学习
到半夜。

(2)believe、consider、declare、find、imagine、judge、prove、think等表示意见、
认可、判断、料想、声明等意义的动词后常接动词不定式作宾语补足语。

They found him to be charming.他们觉得他很有魅力。

which(有选择范围)和疑问副词how、when、where。
(2)语法功能:作主语、宾语、表语、同位语等。
(3)作主语时谓语动词一般用单数形式。
(4)该结构中的动词不定式常用主动形式。

如何写非正式的电子邮件
电子邮件一般篇幅短小,语言简洁明了,这样既便于阅读,又能使意思更清楚。
如果内容较多,可就重点部分做一些介绍,而把详细内容以"附件"的形式发出。电
子邮件一般包括以下几个部分:
收件人 在"收件人"框中输入收件人的电子邮箱
主题栏 邮件内容的简要概括——一个单词、一个短语或一个完整的句子
正文 (正文包括 称呼、开头 语、主体、 结束语、结 尾语和署 名。) (1)称呼:自成一行,顶格写。收件人多是熟悉的人,可以直呼其
名。但如果是发给老师、长辈或上级的邮件,最好在称呼前加上称
谓、职位或头衔,可用Doctor,Professor等,如Professor Li。男性用
Mr;女性可用Miss(未婚),Mrs(已婚), Ms(不知婚否)。如
果不知道收信人是男是女,可以用"Dear Sir or Madam"。
(2)开头语:可先表达思念之情、询问近况等,也可直接开门见山
引入话题,指出写信的目的。

行同义或反义转换间接得出答案来考查考生对英语语言的理解能力,因此难度呈上

2.综合细节题
做这类题时,需要对原文信息进行加工处理,然后再进行进一步的推理或鉴别,
这是介于直接信息题和推理判断题之间的一种题型,有一定难度。
3.数字计算题
此类试题是在文章中直接表现出来细节事实,但要经过具体的计算才能得出正
确答案的题。解题方法如下:
Step 1:明确题干中的条件,弄清题干问的是什么;
Step 2:快速定位到文章中的相关内容,找到相对应的数据;
Step 3:进一步分析这些数据,弄清其中的逻辑关系,结合题干确定所需数据与计算方法,得出正确答案。

around his house, observing how nature solved problems. A dirty stream, for
example, often became clear after flowing through plants and along rocks where
tiny creatures lived. When he got older, John started to wonder if this process

三、解题技巧
做此类题时,一定要忠于原文,以文章提供的事实和线索为依据。千万不能主
观臆断、凭空想象,更不能以自己的观点代替作者的观点。考生可用"三步推断法"
进行解题:
第一步:依据题干精准定位
根据题干中的关键词精确定位原文信息句/段。如上面的第25题以及第26题。
第二步:依据原文合理推断
1.首先正确理解关键词所在处信息的意思,这是推理的前提和基础;
2.其次对文字的表面信息进行分析、综合判断等,并利用"寻读法"归纳文中其他
相关信息,进行深层次的处理和合乎逻辑的推理;
3.最后结合自己已掌握的相关背景知识或常识来进行分析、推敲,从而得出符
合文章原意的结论。如上面的第25题,在定位至文章第三段后,还需要对第四段中
的相关细节进行梳理、思考,才能得出结论;上面的第26题,锁定第五段内容并分
析后可知,第五段表面信息是在介绍John在南伯灵顿和福州的工程中做的事情,但
其实是为了说明John的理念在实践中的应用;上面的第27题,要带着第一段中John
的疑问,看到最后一段中的"these new systems develop their own ways to self-
repair"才能得到印证。
第三步:对比选项锁定答案
认真比对,排除具有"无中生有""偷换概念""不当推理""混淆逻辑"特征的干扰项,
选择与合理推断一致的表述。
推理判断题主要考查考生根据材料寻找细节信息,并对其进行分析、梳理、同
义转换、概括,进而提取出关键信息,最终找出选项语句与所给材料信息内在的一

(2024·江苏宿迁质检)In June 2023, Curtis Whitson, Krystal Ramirez, and their
son Hunter decided to go on a four-day hiking and camping trip along central
California's Arroyo Seco River. Things went well for the first two days. On June
16, Whitson led the trip to a waterfall.
Whitson planned for the group to rappel(绕绳下降) down the side of the
waterfall along the river. However, when the hikers reached the top of the waterfall,
Whitson realized that unlike his trip through the area before, the water currents
(水流) were too strong. To make matters worse, their rope was missing.
Since going back the way they had come was dangerous as well, they tried to
find other routes to get around the waterfall but kept hitting dead ends. There was
no other way out.
The three tried shouting from behind the huge rocks each time they heard
voices and even threw a stick. When neither worked, Whitson decided to carve(刻)
a "GET HELP" message on the side of his water bottle and threw it across the
waterfall in the hope that someone would find it. Fearing the carved message was
easy to miss, he also put a dated note inside the bottle. Then Whitson and his
family went back up the river to a small beach to camp out for the night. Before
settling down, they spread out their blue carpet in an open place and spelled out
"SOS" using white rocks. To make sure it could be seen at night, they used a
headlight to lighten the sign. Sometime after midnight, the three were awakened by
a welcome sound—a helicopter flying overhead. Soon after, someone shouted over

their water bottle and, upon seeing the message for help, reported it to the officials.
