2.Is the travel brochure well designed in the book Discuss with your group members and give reasons if possible.
An example: Generally, it’s well designed.
First, in content, it covers the basic information that tourists may be interested in, like the schedule, transport, accommodation and activities. If people choose these tours, they needn’t worry too much about the arrangement.
Second, it is generally beautiful in design, which includes many attractive photos.
Third, the language of the brochure is vivid and persuasive, which might persuade the readers to book a tour.
e.g. You will be amazed by…
Especially amazing is…
3.What else do you think can be added or changed to make this travel brochure more attractive to visitors Discuss and tell your reasons.
An example:
First, we can consider adding a price to each tour. In this way, there will be no need for people to ask around about how much their tour will cost. What they have to do is to choose a suitable tour with a fair price.
Second, change the text into a list of key words to make it easy to read. There is no need to waste too much time in reading a lot of information. A travel brochure should be brief in language.
Last, we can also introduce the local food and add some photos. Because many people travel to taste different food. With attractive photos of delicious food, it will attract more visitors to book a tour.
Here is an improved version of the brochure to Cusco:
