学情分析
本单元 本单元主题:Meet my friends。该主题属于“人与自我”“人与社会”的范畴,涉及到的是“生活与学习”，本单元的子主题是“Introduce my friend to my family"Introduce my friend to my friend"Draw about my friend"Write about my friend""Happy time with my friend”。学习询问他人的姓名和描述他人的外貌性格特征的语言，引导学生学会与家人分享自己认识的人和事，拉近与家人之间的距离，搭建心灵沟通的桥梁。本单元的学习将培养学生正确的审美观，价值观，学会欣赏他人，尊重个体差异，珍惜友谊。

学情分析
本本单元是人教版英语(三年级起点)四年级上册第三单元，本单元主题是“Meet my friend"这个话题，重点学习如何向他人介绍自己的好朋友，以及养成良好的学习生活习惯”的表达方式。四年级的学生，他们具备一定的英语学习基础和英语学习能力，能够听懂、会说一些简单的语言，能在教师指导下初步形成规范的学习习惯，对课堂上的大多数学习活动有新鲜感，能在老师引导下完成相关学习任务。在三年级，他们也接触过询问他人姓名的语言表达，如：What’s your name My name is..同时也认识描述外貌特征的形容词，如：thin, tall, short, fat等等，所以本单元学习描述他人的外貌特征还是有一定的语言基础。但是四年级的学生的审美观，价值观还在逐步形成阶段，让学生感知教材语言的语用和语义，学会如何描述他人的外貌特征。本单元的学习将培养学生正确的审美观，价值观，学会欣赏他人，尊重个体差异，珍惜友谊。
单元整体设计思路
围绕单元主题，深挖各课时话题，本单元学习的主题是“My friends”。本单元要学习的核心词汇：tall and strong, short and thin, friendly, quiet.blue glasses, long hair, short hair, brown shoes, a green bag以及句型I have a new friend. 语篇研读（附图）
本节课是语音篇， 主要学习分离字母o_e的发音规则。 通过观察、分析、发现o_e的发音规律，然后拓展其他相应单词的发音、并通过形式多样化的教学活动巩固强化记忆o_e的发音规则，如：听音、看视频、玩游戏、书写、读绘本、表演。进行发现式的学习，观察、感知、体验并自己总结归纳出o_e在单词中发/ /音的规则。并学会分辨元音字母a 在开音节和闭音节中的发音。本阶段活动旨在帮助学生旨在帮助学生在语篇中通过感知核心语言到运用自然拼读自然习得核心词汇。学生在教师的指导下进行听音匹配、图文匹配、启发拼读，从大意到细节逐步理解篇章内容，由义及形，由形及音逐步习得新词，同时分析、推理等语言思维也得到有效发展。学生通过自主研读语篇到自主拼读单词、跟读进一步理解、内化核心语言，为下一步语言输出奠定基础。
教学过程
