Overall, I think I have unhealthy eating habits. As for the things that I am doing right, I eat different categories of food, especially fruit and vegetables. Moreover, I rarely consume sweet food and processed food. However, I do have some bad eating habits. For instance, I sometimes find myself skipping breakfast or eating too much, which may result in stomach problems. In addition, I eat too much hot and spicy food. That is to say, I have an increased risk of cancer. Still, I should improve my eating habits by eating slowly and enjoy the food.
All in all, it’s up to me to make the right decisions about my diet and now I have a healthier attitude towards food.
